Chapter 20: Irresistible

After confessing their love to each other, the hero and villain decided to cuddle for a little bit until dinner was ready. The little clown laid on the caped crusader's chest, hearing his heart beat every second. Batman looked down at the clown, his blue, illuminating eyes looking into Joker's acid green. They were like emeralds, glistening against the dim light of the room. He wondered what he would do without the clown. Some negative thoughts filled into his mind like a Tsunami. What if he wasn't good enough for Joker, especially on an emotional level? What if the others found out - how would they react to their new relationship? What if he wasn't good enough for him?

This was his first date in a very long time, after all. The last time the Dark Knight had dated someone was when he was sixteen, which was roughly three decades ago now. She was a brunette with shoulder-length hair. Her eyes were a blue-sapphire, almost like Bruce's. The girl was very popular at the Gotham City Highschool. And since Bruce wasn't so popular, she felt pitty for the orphan and asked him out. It seemed nice, at first, but after a while, the brunette ignored Bruce. Soon, one of his friends at the time told Bruce the truth. The Dark Knight confronted the brunette and left her, vowing to never fall in love with another girl.
Which lead Bruce to slowly like men more than women. His first crush was, ironically, the Joker. Ever since they put the city back together, something clicked into his mind. He wanted to be with this man. He wanted to hold him in his arms, whispering sweet, truthful things into his ears. And now, he had that crush with him. He was so happy.

Joker smiled at the Dark Knight, tilting his head slightly to the side. He then gently kissed Batman's chin, leaving a kiss mark on it. This made the other's face flare up. The clown giggled at the sight and smiled.
"I didn't know that you blush easily, Bats."

Batman shook his head and licked his lips, "I'm not that red!"

Joker rolled his eyes and smirked at the Dark Knight. He kissed his cheek gently and giggled more as another kiss mark was left on his red face. "Red looks good on you. Maybe, instead of black, you should wear red and black."

"If I wore black and red, I'll look like Harley," Batman replied, sending a sly smile at the clown. He smiled and kissed Joker's forehead gently. "That's her thing still, right?"

"Yes," Joker said, smiling softly. "She's a derby racer now, I guess? I think that's what it's called. Harley wears her roller skates everywhere! It's odd, but I'm not one to judge. Let the girl do her thing."

Batman nodded and then asked, "is she seeing anyone?"

"Why do you ask? Are you gonna cheat on me already?" Joker asked, chuckling as the Dark Knight studdered.

"No! I wouldn't cheat on you. I will never hear the end of it from Alfred."

"Same with Harley," Joker said, wrapping his arms around the other and played with Batman's cape. "Plus, I don't like it when people cheat. That isn't very fun!"

"I agree," the Dark Knight said, putting his hands on the clown's hips and stroked them. Joker's pale face slowly started to turn into dark red as he began to flush out. This made the caped crusader smirk at the clown.
"I was asking because I thought she would have dated you."

"Says who?" Joker asked, raising an eyebrow. "I wouldn't date Harl, even if my life depended on it! She's more like my sister, if anything. She and I do each other's make up, we hang out, gossip, and such. Besides, she isn't into men anymore."

"Really? That's a shocker. Why's that?" Batman asked.

Joker rolled his eyes and bit his bottom lip, "well, a long while back, there was this guy who flirted with her. I knocked him out with a sleep ray I stole, and he landed on her-," he pointed to his chest, blushing more.

Batman laughed. He couldn't believe that a guy did that to Harley! It wasn't funny, but it sounded too good to be true. He calmed himself down and pat the clown gently, a smile was on his face. "He must have been a pervert, yeah?" Joker nodded, purring as the other pet him gently.

The clown smiled happily and said, "Harley is dating Ivy now. They've been dating for three months now. I've been keeping a sharp eye on Ivy since then. I don't want her cheating on my Harley!"

"I would do the same for Robin," Batman said, cupping Joker's left cheek and let his right hand land on the clown's thigh. "If someone cheated on Robin, they'd regret it."

"Of course they would!" Joker exclaimed, folding his arms. "If he was my kid, I would make them pay with twenty pies in their faces. No one makes my kid upset!"

Batman chuckled and licked his lips. Perhaps, he should ask Robin if he would like Joker to be his second dad. Two heads were better than one, after all. He looked at the clown and put him on his lap, putting his hands on the clown's rear. He then smiled at him, asking softly, "would you want to be Robin's second dad?"

The pale man gasped, blushing apple red. He looked at Batman with disbelief in his acid green eyes. "You want me to be his second Boy Wonder's second dad? But why?"

Batman knew that the clown would ask that. Of course, he didn't blame him. If Joker asked him to be his son's second dad, he would be surprised.
He smiled happily and replied, "Because you two know each other and get along perfectly. As long as you don't corrupt him or somethi-"

"No!" Joker exclaimed, trembling a little. "I would never do that to him! Not in a billion years!"

Batman chuckled, kissing the clown's cheek gently and made him flush out. He smirked and rubbed his rear more, making the other squeak. "I had a feeling you wouldn't. Otherwise, there would be a problem with our relationship." He leaned in closer to Joker, lips inches away.
"What do you say, Joker?"

Joker's acid green eyes widened as he turned bright red. His heart pounded against his ribcage, the tension was real. He gulped and smiled nervously. 
"I would love to, dear," he said softly with a shy smile.

Batman smiled and pulled away from the other, making the clown pout. He landed on his back, looking up at the hovering clown who was still sitting nicely on his lap.

"Oh no you don't," Joker cooed, leaning down to the Dark Knight, lips centimeters away, again. He smirked and blushed at the sight. It was a little bit awkward, since they just began to date. They looked as if they were about to make out right then and there.

And then, the man in black made a plunge, kissing the clown right on his red, smudged lips. Joker made a very confused sound, trying to process what was happening. His heart beated even faster against his chest, a rush of adrenaline coursing through his veins like a hurricane. He then slowly began to kiss back, humming with pleasure. Their lungs felt as if they could collapse, making the Dark Knight feel alive. The clown's lips tasted like freshly picked cherrys, which was one of Batman's favourite berrys.

Joker wrapped his arms around Batman's neck, melting more into the kiss. He had kissed a girl before, but God, this felt so much better. The Dark Knight's lips tasted so sweet against his own. He had a feeling that when they pull back, he would see the man in black with red lips.
And he did.

Batman chuckled when he pulled back from the kiss, breathing heavily. Joker smiled at him, sending a wink at the caped crusader.

"You're a great kisser, Batsy," he cooed softly.

"So are you," replied Batman, holding the clown in place as they kissed again, this time, even deeper. He rubbed his hips gently, slowly wanting more than just kisses. But unfortunately, this is a PG rated film, and so they couldn't. Otherwise, there would be many screaming and very confused children screaming in terror.

They sighed, pulling back again. Joker laid on Batman's chest, nuzzling it gently. He could feel the Dark Knight's nine abbs, chuckling softly. The man in black then kissed the top of the clown's head, holding him closer.

"Love you, J-bird," he whispered softly, his heart fluttered.

The clown smiled, replying softly, "I love you too, Batsy."
