Soft snores could be heard as the villain and hero rested soundly. Very slowly, the pale man began to wake up, yawning softly as he looked up at his love. Then, reality hit him:
it was Christmas Day!

Gasping dramatically, he silently yelled in a whisper, "Batsy! It's Christmas!" As he did this, Batman groaned, waking up very slowly. "Oh, come on! My grandma can move faster than you!"

"Oh?" Batman said, rasing an eyrbrow as he sat up on the bed, holding the Joker close to his chest. The clown giggled and kissed the caped crusader's face, leaving even more kiss marks on him. The Dark Knight chuckled and let the sweet, little clown attack his face, covered with sweet kisses. It felt so good to be with the clown. Life was still chaotic here and there, but it was filled with a lot of love. Both from Joker and Robin, he felt the warm feeling in his heart as he stopped the clown early yesterday morning. He wondered what the villain was wondering. He seemed horrified of the hero if he had opened the small, wooden box. Perhaps, it was for himself?

The Dark Knight sighed as he got up slowly. Suddenly, Garfield and Robin ran into the room and giggled as they hugged the pale man gently. Robin then hugged his Padre tightly, making him squeal.

"It's Christmas, Padre!" He exclaimed, making the man in black chuckle. Robin burried his face into his father's shoudler, smiling happily. The green boy did the same thing and giggled happily. They then separated from the hero and waited for Robin's parents to go downstairs.

The Dark Knight looked at his beloved, smiling happily. He kissed his forehead, humming softly.
"Want me to go ahead?"

"Yes. I'll be downstairs in a moment," Joker replied as Batman nodded, following the children quickly. The clown took a deep breath, taking out the small, wooden box, covered in black and yellow wrapping paper with matching bow. He sighed shakily, nervous to give the present to his love. What if he did not like it? He could like it, but could lie. But, it wasn't like Batman to lie to the clown. After ten minutes of thinking, he bit his lip, he smiled at the box and chuckled, heading downstairs quickly.

He smiled at the sight as Alfred, Robin, and Garfield unwrapped their gifts. Robin had several stuffed toys and some clothes, same with Garfield, and Alfred got several new tea sets that he had wanted for a long time. All of the presents were gone from under the tree, but the clown did not care. He had his Batsy, and that's all that mattered.

Robin and Garfield ran up to Joker, hugging him tightly again. The clown giggled as he hugged the children back gently, smiling happily. He was relieved that the children had gotten several gifts, including each other. It was a happy sight. And the clown couldn't be any happier other than this wonderful moment.

When Alfred had left to go to his friend's home to visit for the holidays and the children were playing by the tree, Batman and Joker sat beside the fire, humming softly at the warmth that hit their faces. The Dark Knight bit his lip as he stroked the clown's sides, making him purr softly. He pulled out a binder sized box, smiling at the, shocked, clown. It was wrapped in purple and green, his lover's favorite colors.
"This is for you, darling. Open it!"

Joker nodded and kissed the caped crusader on the lips and cooed. He kissed his nose and chuckled.
"Thank you, Bat Baby. You didn't have to!" He then began to carefully unwrap the box, tilting his head head slightly. It was a cardboard box, but something was inside. He opened up the box hesitantly and gasped. A large, fluffy, purple alpaca stuffed animal was inside. It had a light green-ish, grey nightcap and matching pajamas. Joker gasped and teared up as he hugged it, the fluffy fur hit his face. He then looked at the Dark Knight and kissed his cheek, hugging him tightly.
"Thank you! You didn't have to, darling. You're too sweet."

Batman smirked as he nuzzled his cheek gently, his face growing warm. He kissed his forehead and smiled happily.
"No problem."

Joker sighed shakily as he put down the alpaca stuffed animal. He looked at the caped crusader and pulled out his small, wrapped, wooden box and smiled at the hero.
"Here. This is for you!"

Batman smiled and kissed his forehead, taking the small, wrapped box. He knew that this was the box that the villain had stolen from the local HotTopic. Slowly removing the bow first, he placed it onto the Joker's head, chuckling softly. He then began to unwrap it and, as expected, it was the familiar box from before. Batman then slowly opened it up, revealing another small, circular, and smooth wooden box that had a yellow Batman symbol on the very top. A small dial was on the side, meant to be turned. He tilted his head and looked at Joker, who gave a soft smile. The hero then turned the dial, winding it up carefully. Small chrips came out of the box, the familiar theme song played slowly and calmly. He gasped silently and looked at the clown with astonishment as the song played softly.
"You got this for me?"

Joker nodded and chuckled, "yes, I did. I knew that you might have liked it. You do know what it is, right?"

"Yes, I do," Batman replied, kissing the villain's soft, red smudged lips gently. He then pulled out a small plant from his pocket, smirking at the other. Waving it around as a sign, the clown leaned in and kissed him again before saying, "mistletoe?"

"Yes," said Batman, smirking softly. "I want to put this in a place where Garfield and Robin will be in. It's a tradition."

"Good idea, baby," Joker cooed as he held onto both his superhero and alpaca stuffed animal gently. The box still played the Batman theme song softly as they cuddled each other. This Christmas was, indeed, the best one since the clown was a little boy. And he loved it as much as he loved the man in black.
