As the morning went on, Joker was walking around outside, waves anxiety flooded over him. He was worried about his and Bruce's wedding that was set in stone for three months from that day. But ever since the Dark Knight showed his true face, talked about his past, and proposed to the clown, he wondered why his life was becoming pure and pleasant. He didn't deserve it, of course. But, Alfred and Robin said otherwise.
As he crossed the street to get to the lovely little park, Joker sighed as several parents and children ran away because he was there. It was fully empty. Some squirrels were around, collecting acrons and peanuts to put in their mouths, stuffing themselves until they burst. Two birds were sitting on a wire. When he looked at the ground and then back up, Joker noticed that one was a crow and the other was a blue jay. He gasped, astonished at the sight. The crow gave a loud caw before it flew down onto the ground, pecking at several holes. It found a long, fat worm and flew back to the blue jay, letting it have the worm. Joker hummed at the sight, amazed that even birds could find obscure mates to, well, mate with. He compared he and Bruce's relationship just like the crow and blue jay. One was hated on while the other was not. But, together, the made a beautiful symphony. Something like a masterpiece. And all would enjoy it even if they thought they were not mates.
The pale man sat on a swing, sighing softly as the crow and blue jay flew away into the morning breeze. He wondered why Batman would ever choose him. It seemed old now, but he didn't understand why anyone would love the villain. What made the caped crusader's heart beat faster? Was it his presence?
Looking at the green grass the covered most of the park, he saw many yellow flowers that scattered almost everywhere. There were some bees around them, collecting the pollen from each one. It seemed that, despite their differences, the bees and flowers got what they desired. One wanted its seedlings to spread across the land. The other wanted pollen to produce delicious honey. It was a win, win situation.
The pale man smiled, thinking that he was a flower and Batman was the bee. They both wanted something that the other had. One wanted to spread chaos, but in its own way. The other wanted and longed for attention and praise that they desired for so long.
Getting up from his spot, he walked over to pick a yellow flower, smiling at the small yellow and black insect sat on it. It was small, fat, and fuzzy looking. He compaired himself to the bee. The villain was small, fat, and fuzzy, too. Perhaps, Joker was the bee and Batman was his flower. Batman wanted to get around and do things his own way, but the Joker helped him by pressing him on and on with his genius schemes. He pet the bee's back, smiling as its little wings began to flutter slowly. It began to fly away from the pale man, heading towards several other flowers to pollinate.
The clown sighed as he held onto the pretty, little yellow flower, starring at it for a moment or two. Joker began to walk towards one of his hidden tunnels that were covered in grass and rocks. He put the flower into his rear pocket and uncovered the tunnel swiftly. Blocking up the tunnel once again behind himself, Joker kept moving and headed down to Wayne Manor.
Once he had reached it, no one was home. The children were, most likely, at school, Alfred was out shopping, and who knows what Bruce was up to. Unlocking the door silently, he pushed it open and closed it behind himself, locking it tightly. The mansion felt lonely and empty, not a sound was heard, other than the familiar sounds of silence. He went up to Batman's room and sighed happily as he opened the door and shut it behind him. There was not much to do since no one was there. In two days, it would be Boy Wonder's birthday. Then, three months fron today, it would be Jack Nicholson and Bruce Wayne's wedding. He admitted that he was nervous. The villain overheard Alfred and Bruce talking about the guests that were invited to the large, life-changing event. When they were talking about the guests, there was one name, first and last, that made his blood boil. He knew that she didn't mean well, but of course, she could pull something once again. Perhaps, she would change his mind somehow. That would be terrible. Joker knew that Barbra was a sneaky little girl and all. And, honestly, he was irritated about it.
"Gordon Ramsay better not pull any tricks at our wedding."
