Chapter 44 - Danny Williams

Hello, lovely people! I hope you all are having a good day when ever you're reading this, if you even read this, haha. I got another request from H_Quinn99 thank you very much!!

The request: Danny and you are dating for a long time so when you find out that you are pregnant you both are over he moon happy but when you go and tell your brother, Steve, you get really scared because he never approved of your relationship but when he sees how happy you are and the fact that you're gonna be parents he gives Danny his blessing and Danny proposes to you.

"I'm pregnant." Was yesterday's high when me and Danny found out that we were having little Danny or little Y/N's running around soon. But today we were gonna tell Steve, my brother. He had never approved of our relationship, me being his little sister and Danny being his partner and best friend.

So here we are, sitting in Danny's car on our way towards the palace to tell Steve. I sat quietly in my seat, fidgeting with my fingers and trying to get my heart to stop beating out of my chest. Danny, being the man he is, sensed my nervousness he reached over and took my hand in his hand. "Babe, please stop worrying. If you're nervous then I'm ten times more nervous. I have to see him almost every day." He chuckled a little bit at his own bitter joke. "I'm sorry. It's just- What if he like dosen't want anything to do with me after this?" I said sincerely. I mean me and Steve may not have the best relationship but we have always loved each other and looked our for each other. Same goes with our little sister Mary. Me and Steve would do anything for that girl. "It'll be fine." He said as he pulled up at the palace. We walked up to the stairs to HQ hand in hand and my heart started to beat even fast when I saw Steve siting on his office.

I saw Danny and Y/N walk in to HQ, hand in hand, and I got a little bit irritated. They know that I don't like nor approve of their relationship so what are they doing here? I stood up and walked out of my office, hand on my holstered gun. "What are you doing here?" I asked, staring my sister right in the eyes. "Calm down Steve, we have something to tell you." Danny answered instead of her. "What?" I asked, getting more irritated. "We're pregnant." He said. I turned my head so that I was looking Danny straight in the eyes. "Danny. My office, now." I said and turned around and walked in to my office. Soon I heard Danny walk in. "Look I know that you haven't really liked our relationship but she's pregnant now and I'm planning to propose-" I turned around to look at Danny. "Wait what?" I asked. "I'm planning to propose..?" Danny said, somewhat scared and unsure. "You really love her, don't you?" I asked him and I watched as the biggest smile came on his face as he watched Y/N say hi to Kono and Chin. "Yeah, yeah I really do." He said and I realised something right there and then. "Then, you have my blessing." He turned his neck so fast I almost think he got a whiplash. "Really?" He asked, hope written all over his face. "Yes! Now go out and be with the soon to be mother!" I said as he hugged me.

I looked over to where Steve and Danny had disappeared in to a little while ago and I could see them arguing. It looked like they were shouting. Oh boy, I thought. This doesn't look good. Then I saw them hugging and I got even more confused. Then he walked out with the biggest smile on his face and made his way towards me. I could see Steve leaning against the door to his office and watching us with a small smile. What are these two up to? I though to my self. Danny moved closer to me and pulled me in to a hug. I chuckled and hugged him back. "What's going on?" I asked him, still chuckling. He took my hand and got down on one knee. "Danny, what are you doing?" I asked him while I looked around the office.

"Danny, what are you doing?" She asked unsure of what she would do. She looked around the office until her eyes landed at me. When I took out the red velvet box it clicked for her and she brought the hand that I'm not holding up to her mouth. "Y/N McGarrett, I have known you for 5 years now and we've been together for 3 years. I have loved you since I first saw you, call it live at first sight but I knew that I had to have you as soon as you stepped in here for the first time. Now you're pregnant with my child and I couldn't be anymore happy than I am but would you do me the honour and marry me?" I watched her nervously as I awaited her response. It was dead silent in the room as we all awaited her answer. "Yes! A million times yes!" She said and I put the ring on her finger and kissed her. I could hear the people around us cheering and clapping but my only focus was on the girl in front of me. "I love you, you know that right?" She smiled. "Yea. I love you too."
