Chapter 59 - Rob Raco

Hi! I'm gonna write for a person that I haven't written or even read about before! He plays Joaquin on Riverdale! Thanks shayy_nightmare for the request!
The request: It's your birthday and you had to work late and Rob is stuck on the set of Riverdale, and you thought that he had forgotten about your birthday but in reality he just has a surprise planned for you.
(Mark = your boss. Sandra = your coworker.)

It's my birthday and I have to work late. Why couldn't Mark give this simple task to Sandra or someone else? At least I'm not letting anyone down here since Rob is stuck at set shooting Riverdale, at least that's what he told me. So here I am at 9 pm on my birthday stuck at work. I can't wait to get home and just relax with Rob for the last hours that are left of my birthday. One hour and thirty minutes later and I can finally go home. I text Rob that I'm on my way home but I don't get a reply, he's probably busy filming a scene I guess. I drove the short distance from where I work to where my apartment was and when I walk up the stairs to the top floor where I live I get a text from Rob.
Rob❤️: Happy birthday, princess❤️ I hope that you have a great one but I'm sorry to tell you that I can't leave set tonight but I'll make it up to you tomorrow morning? Breakfast? Love you💗
I sigh as I put my phone in my back pocket an make my way up the last few steps and pulls out my keys. When I stand in front of my door I notice that it's slightly open which makes me suspicious. Did I forget to lock the door this morning? Did someone break in? Slowly I open the door and sigh out of relief when it seems like I just forgot to lock the door. I close the door and turn on the lamp in the ceiling. "SURPRISE!!" Multiple people shout at the same time and I drop my purse in shock. I look around the room and see that the most of Riverdale cast is there but my eyes land on one person. Rob.

I watch as my gorgeous girlfriend drops her purse and looks around the room before setting her eyes on me. "You planned this didn't you?" She asked, chuckling slightly. I nodded and walked towards her and stopped so that I stood in front of her. "Happy birthday baby." I said and kissed her. We pull apart and I take her hand and we turn to see that the party is already in full party mode. I give her a glass with something in it and we both take a seat at the couch and she cuddles up to me and we stay like that for most of the night. "I love you." She says once the party is starting to die down a little. "I love you too birthday girl." I sat and kiss her forehead. I am so lucky to have her under my arm tonight.
