Chapter 149.

He had ecieved an owl from Narcissa asking if they could meet once again. He sent the owl back reassuring her that he would enjoy some time out and in the Muggle world no one there would know him or what he had done. They meet at a bistro he had told her about and they could have lunch there. He was very pleased he had gotten quite a bit of Muggle money out of his vault since he was sure the Aurors would be looking for him in Diagon alley or even Hogsmeade.

“Severus,” Cissy shouted when he came from around a corner where he had apperated.

“Cissy how are you holding up,” He hugged her close. She leaned into him wanting and needing his strength right now. They held each other for several minutes. A few people gazing at them with little children giggle had finally broken them apart.

“After our lunch I thought I would inroduce you to movies,”

 “Movies?” Narcicsa asked curiosity clear in his tone.

“You shall see,” They went into the bistro where they had soup inside their bread bowl. Narcissa was very impressed with this and loved the soup.

“I don’t give Muggles enough credit,” She told him softly. She had enjoyed what he had called soda pop the flavor was coke. The sweetness with bubbles had made her giggle everytime she had taken a drink.

They walked with their arims linked down the street. She was very pleased she had worn the new Muggle dress it didn’t make her stand out so much or be laughed at. Instead guys seemed to oogle her and even whistle at her. She really enjoyed that attention.

“Here is the theater,” He walked up to the booth, which was mainly glass and paid for two tickets to see The Cable Guy.

“I do not know if this is good, but for a first it should prove entertaining for you.” He grinned mischiviously at her. She raised an eyebrow but followed after him without question.

His first stop was the refreshment counter. There he bought her another coke and a box of M&Ms

They found very good seats in the middle he waved his wand to make sure no one sat down in front of them to block their view.

Narcissa watched with wide eyes as the large screen lit up with the previews.

“This is a movie?” She asked in wonder.

“Ah these are the previews for movies that are to come out later in the year or next year.”

 “Oh,” She seemed at a loss for words.

After the movie ended with Narcissa still holding her box of M&Ms she had eaten very few since she was too busy watching the movie to notice her candy and a large coke.

 They left the theater to see that people were bustling around to return home or come to an evening showing.

She looked at him in wonder. “I am so… I just… I never knew that Muggles.” She seemed to be trying to think of the right words. “I lead a very sheltered life,” She decided looking sadly athim. “Muggles are a lot more creative then I had ever given them credit for. I am ashamed of how little I knew and how closed minded I had been.” She smiled sadly at him. “Thank you for teaching me so much about life.”

Snape grinned pleased, “I am most happy to. You might even want to let Draco try that candy.”

She looked down at the box of sweet chocolate in a candy-covered shell. “Nah I like these they don’t do weird things they just taste great,” She started walking away chuckling.

They had not gone very far when she stopped suddenly.

“Severus isn’t that….” She pointed with her hand holding the candy.
