Hogwarts a History the Second Edition.

Harry and Hermione left The Three Broomsticks early after waking up snuggled close to each other. Before leaving they had another rousing good time. After they were both quite worn out and well satisfied they had quickly dressed to hurry up to the school, where Professor McGonagall had invited them to come have breakfast with them before going back to work on their project. They loved the idea of eating there once more so had hurried there. At least after they were done with other things.

Harry and Hermione entered the Great Hall looking around they saw Ginny sitting with a group of friends, they were not sure if they should barge in when they noticed McGonagall waving to them. The two walked up to the teachers table to see what she needed, all eyes on them. Harry ignored it as always as the whispers followed him,

“It’s Potter,”

“Harry Potter?”

“Wow why is he here?”

“I heard he works for George now,”

“I heard he has a tame dragon,”

“I heard he was married,”

“I heard he was the Minister of Magic,”

Hermione was smirking as she listened to all the gossip as they made it to the teacher’s table.

“Harry, Hermione please I have seats for you two here, please join us.”

Harry and Hermione’s eyes went wide as they looked at her, to be invited to eat here, what an honor.

“Thank you so much Professor, we’d love it,” Hermione said happily.

Harry and Hermione took a seat next to McGonagall the other teachers all started to speak to them at once.

They enjoyed themselves immensely as they sat there talking and telling them what they have accomplished so far. Hermione did ask McGonagall for one favor with the books the charm to duplicate them

McGonagall was quite please to tell her. Harry and Hermione were even more surprised when McGonagall stood up to speak to the students.

“As you have seen we have two very special guests here today, they had arrived yesterday to work on a project that will be a benefit and a wonderful reminder and a tribute to the ones we had lost in the battle against Lord Voldermort.” McGonagall shuddered a little bit when she said his name, and then continued on as though she had said nothing more then bug balls.

“They will announce to us when the project is done and ready for viewing, please do not disturb them. Let them finish this project in good time so that they may resume their own work at the Ministry of Magic.”

McGonagall sat down looking very pleased.

 Harry and Hermione looked red face at everyone.

After they left he table Ginny and Luna hurried over to them.

“Hello, I can’t wait to see what it is,” Ginny said with a smile she looked tempted to hug Harry but was unsure with so many eyes on her.

“I think you’ll all like it,” Hermione told them with a smile giving Luna and Ginny each a hug.

“Most of the work was done by Hermione though, she’s the most talented.” Harry told them with a grin. Ginny said nothing but looked stone face at Harry. Hermione rolled her eyes as though wondering when he had taken the stupid pills.

“Will we see you later at lunch?” Luna asked in her soft dreamy voice.

“Yeah of course, I’ll be starved.” He told her in a tone that said it should be obvious.
