Harry and Hermione went to visit Severus, Amy and the kids, they were quite happy to hug their children and talk with the couple as the little kids ran around happily playing they were so big now it seemed impossible.

“So Harry you said you needed to speak to mom, what about?” Se asked curiously as they sat drinking some wine that he had found stored in the cellar.

“Well Ron has a girl that seems intent on taking over my home which Ron for reasons of his own had led her to believe was his home. We figured we’d make some truth serum and let Ron learn the truth about her and let her learn the truth about him,”

Se laughed at this, so what do you need mom for, you have potion books?”

“True but it takes a month to mature enough to use, if we stay another day let alone a month with her we’ll have to put our self in Azkaban for what we’d do to her.”

“Ah you want mom’s shortcuts,”

“yes,” Harry agreed happily.

“So mom what about it do you have a short cut for truth serum?” Se looked over at his mother who was grinning widely at him, along with James and Severus.

“I always have shortcuts darling,”

“I have a better one,” Snape told him giving a wink to Lily who arched her eyebrows at him.

“Really what is it?” Lily asked curiously.

“I have two bottled hidden in the cupboard behind the medicine cabinet in the restroom,”

Se looked surprised at this as he turned to Harry and Hermione. They were very pleased they didn’t have to wait for his mother to show up to talk with them.

“Dad has a couple of bottles already made up behind a hidden medicine cabinet,”

Harry and Hermione laughed at this, “Sounds great, does it stay well if unused what’s the shelf life?”

“It matures with time and become stronger,” Snape told Se who relay that information to them.

“Could we still get a shorten recipe for it for later?” Hermione asked hopeful opening up her book to the page with truth serum on it.

Lily walked over looking down at it as she made a few hmmm sounds.

Lily grinned at her son Severus.

Lily explained what to do, as Se repeated it all for Hermione as she wrote it all down very pleased.

Amy had gone into the bathroom, to open up the medicine cabinet finding two bottles in there.
