Everyone was waiting on the edge of the seat wondering who would win, listening as McGonagall spoke to the crowd, fingers going under their legs crossing for their choice.

It felt like a lifetime as she spoke about how great they had done in the last challenge and how impressed she was with their efforts and their willingness to work with each other.

Little did the crowd know that there were many spirits also watching and placing bets on which team would win this competition?

“It’ll be Snape’s girls it has to be they used my name,” Snape said with a smirk at James who shook his head.

“No way, it has to be team Tigger, they were the ones to share the potion with the other team first,”

“Maybe but team Snape’s girls did a better job at the other tasks, they are sure to win this,”

“I bet you a week of leaving Lily alone with only you that team Tigger wins,” James stuck his hand out to Snape.

“Two weeks and you have a deal,” Snape said silkily.

“Done,” James shouted as they shook hands.

Lily looked between the two men an incredulous look on her cute face.

“I can’t believe you two, what do I look like some trophy that you can place on the mantle?”

The both looked at her as though that was the silliest question they had ever heard in their life, and after life.

“Of course, you do.” James grabbed her ear giving it a tug.

“Absolutely, and we’re constantly competing to see who gets to display you on their arm,” Snape said with a chuckle he grabbed her other ear giving that one a tug.

Lily laughed as she batted their hands away, “The winner may not be too pleased when those two weeks come about,” Lily smirked they looked at her with open mouths and wide eyes.

“Hey Li, no being evil to us,” Snape gave her large puppy eyes.

“Geez Lily, you’d think you’d be happy to have such a handsome man competing for you,” James also gave her his best puppy eyes.

“And you have Potter as well competing for you,” Snape smirked at him.

“Right….. What? I’m the handsome one,” James told Snape who raised an eyebrow at him,

“Are you sure… quite sure?” Snape said with a smirk happily.

 James laughed. He had found that he really enjoyed his sense of humor.

“Yeah I am, ask Lily,”

They both looked at Lily who was looking at them alarmed.

“Oh no you are so not getting me into that one,”

Everyone including her son was laughing at this; it was very funny to listen to them always competing for Lily.

Lily sat shaking her head bemused by her two lovers.

Fred meanwhile was placing bets with Cedric and Colin, about the outcome of the competition and who would get to have Lily for two weeks.

Cedric bet that Lily would some how have them both for two weeks, and that there was nothing they could do about it. He said with a laugh it was time for them to form a threeseome in the bedroom.

Lily looked at the three young men winking at them. She loved that idea.

They had no idea that the others were also betting on who would win Lily for the next two weeks everyone was having a fun time betting on both out come.
