Soulmate AU where whatever you write on your arm can be seen on your soulmates arm.

Hey, you going to the party tonight? Showed up in blue letters on Michaels arm.

He paused his video game, hesitating before grabbing a red pen and answering. No, I'm not cool enough.

Same Michael smiled at the words, letting out a sigh of relief. At least his soulmate wouldn't think he wasn't cool enough and ditch him.

So what are you doing tonight? Michael wrote.

Hanging out with friends. You?

Michael quickly grabbed a washcloth and wiped away the other sentences before replying. Same. Have fun with your friends!

Michael threw the washcloth in his hamper, looking at the reply. You too <3

"Who's ready for my sleepover party?" Michael asked, resulting in cheers from his friends.

"Alright, so rule number one, no one let Rich near anything fire related." Rich jokingly rolled his eyes.

"It was one time." He mumbled, his lisp showing. The group laughed, all sitting down on and around the couch to watch the movie.

"What are we watching? A musical?" Christine asked hopefully.

"Uh..." Michael trailed off, worried about how she would act. "No?"

Christine sighed. "Does it at least have a gay character?"

Michael hesitated before answering. "Yes."

"No it doesn't!" Jeremy protested. "Where. What gay couple?"

"Uh, Richie and Eddie? Duh!" Chloe sassed back.

"They aren't gay!" Jake fought back.

"Uh, have you seen them? They are so gay. It's even said in the book!"

"Jenna, you read something other then buzzfeed articles?"

"Shut up, tall ass."

The group laughed as Michael rolled up his sleeves to set up the tv. He didn't notice Christine studying his arm, then glancing down at Jeremy's sleeved covered arm.

"Alright fam. It's about to get lit!" The group groaned at Michaels wording. "Okay, okay. It's about to get hella radical my dudes!"

"Michael, I love you man, but I'm about to punch you in the throat."

The group laughed along with Michael, pretending not to notice how his cheeks flushed when Jeremy said he loved him.

"Okay, Richie and Eddie are totally gay for each other." Jake mumbled, defeated.

"Told you!" His boyfriend smiled wide.

"Hey losers, I'm gonna go pee. Make yourselves at home or whatever. Pizzas in the fridge."

The group waited until Michael was out of earshot before all looking at Jeremy.

"What?" He asked. "Why are you, why are you guys looking at me like that?"

"Let me see your arm." Jeremy reluctantly gave up his arm to Christine. She pulled his sleeve up, and almost screamed when she saw the words. "Oh my god! It is you!"

"What's me?" Jeremy asked.

"Dude. You and Michael are," Jake lowered his voice. "Soulmates."

Jeremy stood stunned for a moment before awkwardly shying away. "No, no way. I'm not? Uh, I'm not good enough for-"

"You're not good enough for who?" The group dispersed as soon as Michael stepped out. Michael pulled Jeremy over to a corner of the room, and their friends pretended to not be listening. "Jeremy, my buddy? What's up?"

"I uh. I just." Jeremy bounced on his feet, eventually giving in and showing Michael his arm. "I know your disappointed, and I'm sorry. Maybe it's just a best friend thing? Maybe we are platonic soulmates?" Jeremy rambled.

"But... what if I want to be more then just platonic?" Michael asked.

"What-?" Jeremys gave flushed before he quickly grabbed Michaels face, pulling him in for a kiss. Michael stumbled back, but grabbed Jeremy's waist, holding them steady as they kissed.

The boys could taste the fireworks, and wanted this feeling to last forever.

They were rudely cut off by the sound of a iPhone camera. The two boys glared at Jenna, who sheepishly smiled.

"Whoops?"
