Dotty has been going on and on all bl**dy day about how I owe Janine a big thank you and that I should show her a load of gratitude for saving life. I told her that I have no intention of saying thank you to Janine for anything. "You're so selfish," said Dotty, "I'm alive because of Janine, the kids are alive because of Janine, your Auntie's alive because of Janine and now you're alive because of Janine. The least you can do is say thank you." Hearing Dotty paint Janine as some amazing heroine made my blood boil. "I'm not alive because of that psychotic vicious b*tch," I angrily snapped, "I'm alive because of me, and if you think I'm going to say thank you to that twisted witch you can think again." I then stormed off. Dotty didn't stop going on. She was really getting on my nerves. Expecting me to show some gratitude to f*cking Janine!? She's off her f*cking head. It's never going to happen.
Tara, Mike and Esther went out looking for TJ and Trudy again. They returned with a few more supplies but without TJ and Trudy. Tara didn't say much but the tone in her voice and the look on her face suggested that she didn't want to keep going out searching for TJ and Trudy. I feel bad saying this but I suppose it is getting to the point where we need to start thinking of leaving this place. I don't like the idea of abandoning TJ and Trudy and taking their kids to The Base without them but the thought of leaving this place and ditching Janine makes me feel excited and relieved.
Janine hasn't said much to me today. She's been giving me weird looks and raising her eyebrows, suggesting that I owe her a thank you and insinuating that I'm alive because of her. F*cking b*tch. I think Mike's had a word with her. Whenever I've seen her giving me one of her weird looks, I've caught Mike giving her a threatening stare. Mike told me to just ignore Janine and not let her wind me up. Bit of a turn of events; Mike talking rationally to me about not getting wound up by someone's behaviour.
I've got a feeling that there's going through be an awkward conversation tomorrow about leaving this place and heading for The Base. I'll just be glad to see the back of that twisted tw*t Janine.
