Day 696
Monday 23rd July 2018
We've still not heard from Mike or Tara. I'm starting to get really worried now, although I seem to be in a minority. Naomi doesn't appear to give a toss and seems to have written them off as dead, Auntie Meryl can't remember who they are, Mia's been confusing lint with Lilt and damnation with Dalmatian, Trudy's been saying how much she misses shower and that she needs to give her sweaty m*nge a proper wash and Parrissa has been talking about the word 'ladybird.' "Isn't it a peculiar word," she said, "Because you can call a woman a lady AND a bird. It's like two different words that mean the same thing. Like geezer-man, or fella – bloke, or lad-boy or father-Daddy, or bunny-rabbit. Oh, that's actually a thing isn't it? A proper thing? You can get bunny rabbits. I used to have a bunny rabbit. Oh I do miss him so, but not as much as I miss stroking my hairy muff."
TJ seems to be the only other person as worried as I am. It's kind of nice to see him expressing concern for his brother; especially as they didn't get on when they were first reunited.
All we can do is keeping trying to get hold of Tara and Mike via the walkie talkie. If we keep trying and continue to be persistent, someone's got to answer the walkie talkie at some point . . . .
