Chapter Synopsis: After the conclusion of the tournament, Ash gets invited by Serena to attend one of the Kalos Queen's performance. Much to Serena's surprise whoever, the Kalos Queen Aria knows who she is, and gives her advice on how to handle her crush on Ash, while also laying down some relate-ability
The tournament had ended with Ash and Jason taking the win after Greninja transformed before the battle ended. The Champion Diantha then battled Ash and Jason, but ended up winning of course. Ash and Jason were now currently walking back as the assembly was dismissed
"You won Ash!" Serena said with excitement as she ran up and hugged Ash tightly
"Thanks Serena!" Ash replied
* "Isn't hugging a little bit too far" Calem thought to himself
"Hoopa will celebrate!" Hoopa said a ring opened up that poured out a gallon of a drink that Jason barely dodged
"Hoopa i said we can't get Fennekin dirty" Jason complained
"He sure is troublesome" Dawn said
"Hoopa isnt troublesome!" Hoopa replied
"Yes you are" Jason agreed
"Well we should probably get to class" Ash said
"Right, lets go" Serena replied
Ash, Serena, Gary and Fiera then made their way to their first class of Science and then moved through the day pretty quickly as the classes were shorter due to the assembly
"Aria's performance starts two hours from now" Miette said
"We should probably get ready. But i have something to ask Serena" Shauna replied
"What is it?" Serena asked
"Are you going to ask Ash out?" Shauna whispered
"W-What do you mean!" Serena replied as she began to blush hard
"Serena its totally obvious that you like him, the others may not be able to see it but its very clear" Shauna explained
"I-I don't like him like that!" Serena insisted, trying to cover it up
"You can't fool me Serena, your stuttering and your blushing" Shauna responded
"Ok fine! Just don't tell anyone!" Serena whispered back
"Your secrets safe with me, but like I said its pretty obvious. I wouldn't be surprised if the others knew" Shauna explained
"What are you two chatting about?" Miette asked
"N-Nothing!" Serena answered
"Well where is Ash anyways? Isn't he coming" Shauna said
"He said he was going to go home really quick so how about we go and meet him there" Serena replied
"Of course you'd want to do that" Shauna teased
"Sh-Shauna!" Serena complained loudly
The three girls then walked all the way back to Serena's house where Serena stepped forward and knocked on Ash's door
"Oh hey Serena, here for Ash?" Gary asked
"H-How did you know" Serena whispered back and Gary leaned in
"Its totally obvious you like him" Gary whispered and Serena began to blush really hard again
"N-No I don't!" Serena replied a little loud and Shauna sighed
"Theres no hiding it from me Serena, I may sound dumb at times but I can totally tell. But your secrets safe with me but I wouldn't be surprised if the others knew" Gary explained
