It was currently a Monday and it would be Ash's first day of school under amnesia, so Serena headed over to his house to make sure he was ready to go
"Hey there Serena. Sorry about Ash" Delia apologized as she opened the door for her
"No problem, If anything I should be sorry" She responded
"Well then Ash is upstairs" Delia said
Serena then thanked Delia and walked up stairs to Ash's room where she knocked on the door, but she didn't receive the same quick answer as usual
"Oh its you.... um, Serena. Thats right.. Hey Serena" Ash greeted
"Hey Ash" She replied
"So do you need something? I can't remember anything" Ash reminded
"Sorry.... I forgot but I usually walk with you to school" Serena apolgozied
"No problem. Is it fine if we wait on my friends?" Ash asked
"Yeah of course, they are my friends too after all" Serena agreed and she giggled a little bit so Ash smiled at her
*Time skip
"So whats school like anyways?" Ash asked
"It's pretty fun besides the work" Gary answered
"I just hope I don't get lost" Ash said
"Don't worry Ash, I'll help you" Serena replied
"Thanks Serena! That would be great" He thanked
"No problem" She said
The group then continued on their walk to school in silence until an idea came into Serena's head
"Ash?" Serena asked
"Yes?" He replied
"Do you see the ribbon I'm wearing?" Serena then asked as she pointed to the blue ribbon
"Yeah it looks great" Ash answered
"Well.... you gave it to me" Serena reminded
"I did? Wow...." Ash replied
* "Just how well did I know this girl?" Ash asked himself in his head
"And I also gave you to hat your wearing" Serena said as she pointed to the hat that resided on Ash's head
"Oh I thought it was just something I had, I have no way of knowing so thanks" Ash said
"No problem. I thought it would be nice after everything you did for me... not that you could remember though" Serena replied
"That's true" Ash agreed
*Time Skip / Serena's POV
Ash had been reintroduced to all of ours friends which was pretty awkward but anyways we were currently in Science class solving problems
"Are you fine with these?" I asked Ash
"Yeah I know these" He answered
"So do you remember anything about school?" I then asked
"Not a thing" He replied and I sighed
"You sound disappointed. Is there something you need to me remember specifically? If so then don't be afraid to ask" Ash then said
"Not specifically. I- Our relationship before you lost your memory can't really be described with words" I replied
"Oh" Is all he said in response
