*Serena's POV
It was our fifth day in Kanto where we would learn some interesting facts that would kind of scare us about our return to Kalos.....
We were all sitting outside by the cabin in an open field when Ash noticed something that sparked a long conversation
"Hey whats that" Ash said as he reached over to try and grab some purple spark but Jason grabbed his hand
"Don't touch that you idiot" He replied bluntly which kind of shocked us all
"What is that?" I asked
"I don't know how it's so casually floating around but that looks like destruction energy" Kiawe answered as he squinted his eyes and looked at it
"Like the one Professor Kukui was talking about?" Lillie asked
"Thats right" Kiawe replied
"Whats destruction energy?" Shauna asked
"Yeah i've never heard of that" Drew added
"Long ago when the first Pokemon came into existence, Dark Type Pokemon and Ghost Type Pokemon possessed the special ability of harnessing destruction energy, as they were taught how to by Giratina. They say even touching just a little bit of the energy will erase you from existence" Mallow explained
"Erase you from existence?" Kenny asked
"Like how we explained with Judge Pokemon" Jason answered
"How scary" Dawn said
"But what's that doing floating around anyways?" May asked
"I'm not sure..." Kiawe replied
"Does that mean we're in danger?" Bonnie asked, sounding scared
"Not really, that thing could've came from another region for all we know. Destruction Energy doesn't disappear until it hits something" Lillie answered and she pointed to a tree that was hit by the tiny purple and black energy ball, and it exploded into purple sparks, seemingly vanishing as if it was never there
"So people can be hit by that too?" Miette asked
"With enough of it, yeah" Lana answered
"How strange but it's also kind of fascinating" Clemont said
"Surprisingly it's not even hard to learn how to use that kind of energy though" Kiawe pointed out
"If you go through special training" Mallow added
"So can you guys do it?" Ash asked
"Well in Alola, if your worthy enough you can learn how to harness it" Lillie replied
"Does that mean theres people out there who know how to use it?" Kenny asked
"No one's been proven worthy so far" Lana answered
"Except for one person" Jason yawned
"Who?" We all asked
"Not because of the Alolan trial, but because he's different. I'm sure you know who i'm talking about" He answered
"Neptune" Sawyer guessed correctly
"So if we're not careful enough we just go.... pop" Shauna replied
"Calem sure is getting there" Gary said
"I wouldn't doubt if eventually it comes down to that" Tierno agreed
"So how did he learn how to use it?" I then asked
"It's time you all learn about the origins of Neptune" Jason replied and Hoopa released himself from his ball
