Chapter Synopsis: As Ash and his friends make their way to Coumarine city for Ash's fourth gym battle, they stop due to a heavy rain storm that causes them to take shelter in a Pokemon Center, however the rain causes a power outage that the group needs to fix. Together they succeed and head on their way, where Serena finds out about Neptune's true intentions for the group....
*Serena's POV
"Aw, come on. Is this rain ever going to stop?" Bonnie asked pleadingly as she looked out the window
We were about halfway between Vanville and Coumarine City where we had to stop due to a rain storm that had caused us to take shelter in a Pokemon center. But we then heard Clemont laugh a little and I knew what was up
"I thought we would encounter a situation precisely like this one" Clemont said
Clemont then brought out his invention from whatever pocket detention was in his bag, and it looked a little strange

"Whats that?" Miette asked
"I call this the weather predictor!" Clemont answered proudly
"Not the most creative name i've heard...." Bonnie sighed
We then followed Clemont who rolled his invention outside and began to use it

"This will pick up on different things such as weather patterns, movement of rain clouds and rain humidity" Clemont explained
"Wow! Science is so amazing!" Ash cutely exclaimed and I giggled as usual
"Um Clemont, when should we have the results?" I asked curiously
"I say about a day, but the results will be perfect!" He answered
"A whole day?" Shauna asked
"You see... by then it won't even be raining anymore" Bonnie added
"Let me see.... maybe if increase this it'll work faster" Clemont said
"Uh, are you sure thats a good idea?" Miette asked as the machine began to shake violently and there was electricity coming out of it
The machine then exploded on all of us like Clemont's inventions always did.....
