The gang are all in their Spring semester of their Senior year now. See how they've matured and which conflicts still remain. Things are bound to change...
Jungkook picks Jimin up for school the next morning. Jimin jumps into the passenger seat. "I'm so proud of you for getting accepted to Duke."
Jungkook chuckles. "I actually have something to tell you."
Jimin tilts his head. "What?"
"I didn't say yes to the Duke offer. I sent the email to UCLA."
Jimin doesn't scream. He just sits still. "Jungkook, I told you to follow your dream. We could've made long distance work."
"My dream changed."
"But you've wanted to go to Duke since you were in Middle School! You never even considered UCLA!"
"You told me to follow my dream and I did."
"Duke is your dream."
"Duke was my dream. I have a new dream now. It's you. My dream now is being with you. Playing lacrosse for UCLA is a great opportunity. Duke is awesome too but it doesn't have you."
Jimin tears up. "I'm your dream?..."
"Yeah. I used to see Duke in my future, but now, all I see is you. I didn't want to risk losing you."
Jimin covers his face with his hands and starts sobbing. Jungkook cooes and grabs Jimin's hand. "Don't cry, Bubba."
"This is the most romantic thing you've ever said."
Jungkook chuckles. "I'm being serious. Being with you has been my dream since Freshman year. Now it's just changed to me wanting to be with you forever."
"I'm so happy we're going to the same school. Being long distance would've sucked."
"Yeah."
