Iprinesent ko sa kanila ang mga larawan at mga amenities ng lahat ng hotel sa Pilipinas under Santiago's project and partnership.

"Are you open with our ideas? I mean can you put a certain design the way we want it to be?" sabi ng daddy ni Chester.

"Of course Mr. Welzh, we consider very much the preferrences of our client on their particular design."

Tumango naman ito sa sinabi ko.

"Okay sounds good. Can you present now your floor plan and designs?"

"Yes, so here's Mr. Timothy Santos. He'll be the one to present the floor plan."

Nagpalakpakan naman sila sakin at saka ako umupo. Nagiging sanay na ako na makipag - usap sa mga taong matatalino. Di ko aakalain na magagawa ko to.

Tiningnan ko si Tim na nagpipresent. Bilib na bilib ako sa kanya. Ang galing niya.

"So how was it Mr. Welzh?"

Tapos na pala ang presentation.

"Well what can I say, I guess I've come to the right company. It settled then. We will sign the contract with you. Congratulations Ms. Santiago and Mr. Santos."

Tuwang-tuwa ako na naclose deal namin ni Tim ang million project na ito.

Nakipagkamay kami sa kanila.

"Thank you Mr. Welzh for trusting Santiago's Construction Firm."

"You impressed me Ms. Santiago. I didn't know woman in this industry will stand out. Anyway, I know the thing about you and Chester. Haha."

Nagulat ako pero parang hindi naman siya nagalit.

"Thank you Mr. Welzh for your compliment. And I'm sorry about me and Chester."

"Oh that's fine. I know Chester that much..I should be the one to apologize to you for his childish act. So, let's have a talk sometimes Ms. Santiago. I'm happy to be working with you."

Nagpasalamat din ako sa kanila. Nang makaalis sila ay nagcongrats saamin si Tito Arman. Tuwang tuwa din siya kasi it's almost a 200 million close deal.

Nang kami na lang ni Tim ang natira ay napatalon taga ako sa sobrang tuwa.

"We did it Tim!"

"Of course. I really know that we will close this deal. Ang galing kaya ng Pres. namin."

"Thank you Tim.Naku promise ililibre na kita ngayon."

"Sure? Sige let's have a lunch later."

"Sige ba. Balik muna ako sa office."

Sinamahan niya ako sa office.

"Congrats Ma'am Mariyah."

"Salamat Canary."

I swipe my card to unlock the door of my office. Nilolock ko na ngayon ang office ko kapag umaalis ako. At di din naman umaalis ang dalawang nakabantay sa labas ng office ko para hindi makapasok si Canary.

"Ma'am, may tumawag nga po pala. Si Sir Chester Welzh po. Iinform ko daw po siya kapag nandito kana."

"Sige, iconnect mo na lang sa line ko mamaya pag tumawag ulit siya. Salamat ulit."
