the rest of the night went by pretty normal mom played with king while i watched then we played some family games and ate food and me and my dad had a "talk" about my sexual life which made me want to kill myself but after that i went to sleep and when i woke up i got me and king ready then i fed him and i ate breakfast then i said bye to my parents and we hugged then i put king back in his car seat and i buckled him up then i got in the drivers seat and started driving home on my way back i got bored so i called kobe and he instantly picked up and i saw he was laying in bed with mike and derek which made me laugh

Kobe: this is your fault
Y: what did i do
Kobe: i had to sleep with these two and they snore so loud baby
Y: aww did you not like sleeping with them
Kobe: no it sucks they take up so much space

i hung up the phone then i kept driving it was around three in the after noon when i made it home i got king out of the car and when i walked in i told ava what was happening then i handed king to her and went to get dressed when i finished getting dressed i stared into the mirror until i got a notification that kobe mentioned me in a post

after i commented i out my phone up and i got a call from vanessa but i just watched it ring because i was scared then i waited in the living room until kobe called me and said he was ready so he sent me his location and i got in the car driving there when i stepped out i was in the middle of nowhere and the only thing giving light was the stars and the moon and there was a narrow path leading up to the top of the hill with roses on it i walked up until i made it to the top and kobe was sitting there with a picnic and wine glasses with a bottle of champagne next to him i walked closer and he stood up just looking at me

Kobe: you look amazing y/n
Y: thank you i tried
Kobe: alright sit down girl
Y: good job on ruining the moment

i rolled my eyes playfully then sat down on the blanket we got the glasses and stuck them into a cake he had and we ate it out of the glass laughing and talking and drinking champagne we were just having fun and enjoying the view even dancing and reminiscing after a while kobe stood up and reached his hand out so i grabbed it and he helped me up then we walked in front of a water fall and he just held both of my hands while looking at me

Kobe: you know i love you right
Y: of course i love you too
Kobe: whew i'm a little nervous sorry
Y: baby it's fine take your time
Kobe: ok i'm ready well ever since i saw you i knew i wanted you yes i definitely didn't show it but the attraction was there trust me but the times i hurt you i was so dumb and not thinking about anything and afterwards i regretted it so much and i wanted to reverse time but i can't do that and so i have to live with my consequences but i've loved you and only you for a year straight and i'm going to keep doing so  i never want to be without you ever again i really want to spend the rest of my life with you it took me long enough to gain your trust but it was easy for me to get your love because you're such a beautiful human being and i love you with all of my heart i promise i'm not using you and i never will you're the only person i want to wake up next to and see everyday until my very last breath i never want anyone else but you you're the only one that is perfect for me my family loves you because of the way you treat me you've done so much for me you loved me and helped me through some bad times in my life without even knowing it and you even gave me an amazing son and i can't thank you for that i love you so much baby and i guess i just want to say y/n.....

kobe stopped for a while then he got down on his knee still holding my left hand while i started shaking and crying

kobe slid the ring on my finger and he stood up and held my back kissing me more passionately than he ever has and i felt out tears colliding and it was like everything around us disappeared
