once y/n got to school she walked in and instantly her and kobe made eye contact she just looked away from him and continued walking to class once she made it to class she walked inside sitting in her desk after a while kobe came in and sat next to her just looking at her while she paid attention to the teacher class was almost finished and she looked from the side of her eye seeing kobe still looking at her and she let out a loud sigh before a tear fell down her face she quickly wiped it then the bell rung and she quickly got up walking out while kobe walked up to her with his eyes watering

Kobe: y/n please talk to me i'm sorry
Y: i don't want to talk to you kobe leave me alone
Kobe: i'm sorry y/n i need you back i really do i'm broke without you
Y: you're asking for me back a day before i found you cheating on me and do you not think you broke me when i you cheating kobe i spent all day crying over you thinking it was my fault that maybe if i kept my mouth closed and didn't tell you i loved you then maybe you wouldn't have cheated
Kobe: what i did was dumb y/n and i should've stopped it but i didn't and i'm so sorry
Y: you give monroe control over your mind and body and i can't be with when you don't know how to control yourself when you're around her so leave me alone kobe

i continued walking ignoring kobe and i went into my next class with devyn that class went by slowly because i didn't feel like talking so i just texted the boys in the group chat we had and i told them what happened and they all got plane tickets to come tomorrow making me actually smile once lunch came around devyn forced me to come inside and we sat down at the table once kobe came over he sat next to me and i put my head down on the table

Devyn: alright kobe what did you do to y/n she's not usually like this
Kobe: nothing
Mike: either you tell them or i will
Kobe: why won't you just mind your fucking business mike
Mike: when it has something to do with why y/n isn't smiling then it is my business
Kobe: when it has something to do with us then it isn't your business
Mike: you're a fucking cheater kobe and that's all you'll ever be
Kobe: you just want to be relevant in someone's life fuck off she can handle her own shit i'm trying to apologize but you feeding shit into her head isn't helping so shut up
Mike: you wouldn't need to apologize if you weren't such a hoe

Y: can y'all stop arguing about some shit that is fucking with my head in front of me isn't helping so please if you want to argue do it when i'm not around and the shit is already embarrassing enough i would've liked if everyone didn't know but then again i doubt either of you care so have fun i'm going to cry some more just in case y'all wanted to know so y'all could argue about that

i got up from the table walking off then i heard them arguing again and i just hit my head and continued once i got to my car i got inside and before i pulled off derek got in the car and we ended up going to waffle house and sitting down

Y: why did you come with me
Derek: i said i was your best friend and i meant that also i couldn't actually let you just go home and cry
Y: i'm going to do it anyways so you coming along isn't going to help you're just going to watch me cry
Derek: well hey i'll be your shoulder to cry on
Y: sure derek

y/n and derek ate and talked until they finished and went home y/n laid face first on her bed about to cry but derek pulled her up and grabbed her hands making her dance with him she didn't want to but he made her causing her to let out a small smile along with a tear remembering the time she danced with kobe but derek wiped it then hugged her and continued dancing with her she ended up letting out a laugh and started dancing with him once they finished they sat on the bed and she hugged him

Y: thank you derek i needed that
Derek: i'm here for you y/n no matter what you need that's what best friends are for
Y: are you going home or do you want to spend the night
Derek: i'll stay the night can you take me home so i can get some clothes though i'll even let you meet mama trendz
Y: alright let's go

i got up grabbing my keys and me and derek talked as we walked down the stairs and out the door getting in my car we listened to music and talked while he gave me directions to his house once we got there i got out of the car and shyly walked up to the house as derek put his key in and walked inside i walked inside with him and up to his room sitting on the bed while he packed a bag while he was packing it someone called him and he put the phone on speaker

Derek: what's up bruh
Kobe: none i'm tryna see what you doing tonight
Derek: spending the night at a friends house
Kobe: ahh for real let me come with you
Derek: uh i can't fhoo we can do some for sure tomorrow tho or i can pull up today and stay for a little bit then go home
Kobe: um nah you good i just needed someone to talk to
Derek: shit um hold on

derek turned around to me and asked if he could go with kobe and be there for him of course i said yes because he needs him more than me he then said he'll spend the night tomorrow and asked me if i can drop him off so i agreed
