The next day

Dory's POV
I woke up in the morning and I went downstairs.

"We need to talk", Joanna said.

"What is it?", I asked.

"I just need you to know that just because I let it go that one time, then it doesn't mean that you'll be safe the next time something happens. It's best for you that I don't catch you sleep together", she said.

"What the hell?", I said as I turned around to go upstairs. But Joanna grabbed my hand.

"I'm serious", she said.

"I know, I won't sleep with him", I said.

"You better not", she said.

Joanna's POV
I went went to talk to Alex.

"You know, this is a good thing when I think about it", I told him.

"What do you mean?", he asked.

"As long as Dory's in love with you, they're never gonna leave the house", I explained.

"Are you sure about that?", he asked.

"I am.. she's simping for you, Alex. Remember when you went to kidnap her the second time? Well, she was happy. And remember she's the one who have been the most obedient. She would do anything for you. And Kristina is the type of friend that wouldn't leave without her, so I guess none of them are leaving. They're staying here, Alex. And Dory is the key", I explained and walked away.

Alex's POV
I think Joanna's right. Maybe I should show Dory how much we want them not to run away, and then it's all over. I went to talk to Dory.

"Hey Dory, can you tell me if you like staying here or if you're just staying here because I want you to?", I asked her.

"What do you mean?", she asked.

"I mean what I said", I told her.

"I like staying here.. but I also stay here because of you", she said.

"What do you think of Joanna?", I asked.

"She's pretty cool", she said.

"And.. what does Kristina think of us?", I asked. I asked Dory because I knew she would tell me the truth.

"Well.. she says a lot of things.. sometimes, she says she hate you, other times she says she like staying here, and other times she says you're hot.. both of you", Dory told me and giggled.

"Um.. okay", I said.

"Can I ask you what you would do if we ran away and didn't come back voluntarily?", she asked. I could tell she wanted me to threaten her or something.

"You don't want to know", I said and walked away.
