The Life Changing Vacation

~Chapter 31~

After we picked up Emma, we were just sitting on the couch talking for a while, and then we ate dinner.

"Sooo, you're the ones who kidnapped Kristina and killed her parents", Emma said nervously.

"Yeah, but it's gonna be okay. If we were crazy or something then Kristina wouldn't be alive by now", Alex explained and laughed.

Emma just looked at me.

"Well, it's late. So I think I should go back to my hotel now", Emma said nervously.

"I don't know if that's a good idea", Joanna answered.

"But my dad is probably looking for me, he doesn't know where I am", Emma explained as she tried to get up from the chair. But Joanna held back.

Emma punched Joanna in the face and ran to the door, but Alex took up a gun.

"Take one more step and you're dead", he said.

Emma put her hands in the air and looked at me in shook.

"Sorry", I whispered.

Alex forced her to give him her phone and then we went upstairs.

"You shouldn't have made me come here", Emma said and rolled her eyes.

"I'm sorry, I just missed you so much", was the last thing I said before I fell asleep.

Emma's POV
Kristina and Dory both fell asleep, but I didn't. I went to the toilet but when I was going back to the room, Joanna came to me and asked if she could talk to me.

"I'm really sorry", Joanna said.

"No you're not", I answered and rolled my eyes.

"There was nothing else to do. We knew you were going to tell someone where Kristina and Dory where", Joanna explained.

"I didn't want to be involved in this shit, I just wanted to go back to the hotel. And now you're gonna destroy my life", I said.

"We're not gonna destroy your life, you'll be fine!", Joanna answered.

I just rolled my eyes, went back to the room and I fell asleep.
