The next day
Kristina's POV
It's the next day. The time is around 12:00 pm, and Alex just left for the job interview.
"Do you think he will get the job?", Joanna asked.
I didn't know what to think. I just shrugged my shoulders.
Then Dory came to me and asked me if I hoped he would get the job.
"Yes and no. Maybe he will become a better person if he become a cop, but I'm also afraid he will become stronger", I explained.
"Same", she answered.
I was very nervous. We waited and we waited for hours. It was really boring. But then we finally heard him come home.
"I got the job!", he shouted as he stumbled into the living room.
"Are you drunk?", Joanna asked him.
"Nooo, I couldn't have drunk that much alcohol", he answered and put down the bag of empty beer boxes.
"You shouldn't drink that much while the girls are awake", Joanna said and hinted we should go upstairs.
"Whatever", we just said and went upstairs.
After a while, Joanna came upstairs.
"Sorry you had to see that", she said when she came into the room.
"It's fine. I guess we both have seen someone drunk before", I answered and laughed.
