Kristina's POV
The next day, I woke up around 10:00 am. We ate breakfast and then Alex and Joanna asked if Dory and I wanted to play monopoly and watch a movie that evening. We agreed and then we went to the store to buy some snacks for the game night.
Around 6:00 pm we ate pizza and then we started playing monopoly. We just ended up arguing while playing.

"I hate you!", Joanna yelled.

"You bitch, it's not my fault you can't play!", I yelled.

"Kristina, give Joanna your 200$, you landed on her property", Alex told me.

"What? No! She's in jail, I'm not gonna give money to a criminal", I explained.

"Jesus, that's not how you play", Joanna said.

Dory were just sitting there looking annoyed.

"You know what? I wish I was never born", Joanna said as she slapped me in the face.

"Ouch! Well me too! You think I wanted this?", I asked.

Just then, Joanna took up a knife.

"Fucking hell", I thought and ran upstairs and locked myself into the bathroom.

I heard Joanna's footsteps going up the stairs.

"Bruh, chill.. it's just a game", I heard Dory say.

"Dory, be careful, she's gonna get your ass", I yelled from the bathroom.

"Get my ass? I don't think so!", she yelled back.

She was right. Suddenly Joanna kicked the door open.

"Rest in peace, Kristina. It was nice being your friend as long as it lasted", Dory said.

"Bye cruel world", I said with my hands in the air.

"I'm not gonna kill you, you idiot! Despise your behavior, you're still my daughter", Joanna explained.

"But that doesn't mean I won't kick your ass", she said as she hit me in the face.

I fell and I realized I bled.

"Joanna, I'm sorry.. I'm sorry for trying to win the game", I said.

She hit me again. And again. And again. And in the end, I just laid there unable to get up. She kicked me one last time.

"Kicking someone lying down, doesn't surprise me", I explained as I tried my best to breathe.

"You little rat, you know I'm trying my best to be a good person, you're trying to offend me", she explained.

She stabbed me with a needle I knew were drugged. I got dizzy, and then I fainted.

Joanna's POV
I put her in her bed, and then I went downstairs. When I came downstairs I met Alex in the dining room where we played monopoly. Dory wasn't there.

"Where's Dory?", I asked.

"She went out of the house. You guys ruined the night for us all with your damn fighting", he told me.

"It's just a game, Joanna. You don't beat up people because of a game. You need some serious help. I knew you were badass, and a psycho, and a murderer, but this goes too far. You could have killed her. We were trying to have a nice and cozy night where we did something fun together, and you ruined it", Alex explained.

I didn't know how to feel. I was just so pissed. Suddenly, Dory came inside. She looked really upset.

"Dory", I begun.

She didn't answer. She just walked upstairs.

"Dory, wait", I said.

She just continued walking.

"Dory!", I raised my voice.

She turned around and rolled her eyes.

"I'm sorry", I told her.

"I need to hear the truth, Joanna", she said.

"What?", I asked.

"Do you love us? Do we mean anything to you at all?", she asked me.

That broke me. That really did break me.

"Of course I love you, Dory!", I told her.

"You know, you told me that I'm your biological daughter. Is that true? Because I haven't felt anything", she said.

"Dory, you are a Lewis. A Murphy. Don't ever doubt that", I said.

"Your original last name is Lewis?", she asked.

"Yes, Joanna Lewis", I explained.

"But that's not important. All you need to know is that you are a part of this family. You're my blood", I hugged her.
