Kristina's POV
A week later, Dory and I was no longer grounded. Joanna let us go out. Dory went to a party, while I went to McDonald's because that felt much calmer. I met a girl named Ava. We sat down and talked for a while. We met everyday for about a week and then I asked Joanna if I could take her home for a visit. Joanna told me that was okay as long as I was careful.

The first thing Ava said when she met Joanna was "oh my.. she's beautiful".

We ate dinner, and it looked like Joanna and Alex didn't have any problems with my new friend.

Joanna's POV
After the dinner, I wanted to go out for a walk alone with Ava just to get to know her.

That night, I got to know that she was 15 years old and she have had trouble getting friends after she became a teenager. I was glad she had found Kristina. Kristina wasn't always happy she either, so it could be nice to have someone to talk to. I just hoped she wouldn't tell her about her story. But if she did, then I hoped I would be able to trust her. It would probably feel weird for Ava if I hugged since she didn't know me, but I did it anyways. The girls wanted to have a sleepover, and it was hard for me to accept, but I told them it was okay. They all went to Kristina's bedroom around 10:00 pm. I was gonna go to bed around 12:30, and then I found them watching a movie.

"Just be quiet", I giggled.

"It looks like Kristina's starting to be happy", I told Alex when I went to bed with him.

The next day, we all went to the movie theaters and watched a movie together. After the movie, we drove Ava home. When we came back home, I asked Kristina how she have felt the last week, and she told me that she was very happy. That was good to hear. We ate supper and then we went to bed around 12:00 am.

Author's note
Credits to Lucas for the idea of Kristina getting a friend that Alex and Joanna actually trusts for once.
