Do you remember those horror movies when the phone rings and the protagonist answers thinking that it's one of her friends, or her boyfriend, or her parents, but it's actually someone with a distorted voice who tells her that she has seven days to live, or that she or someone she loves is about to go through a horrific experience and will probably end up being stabbed by a guy in a mask? The main character may survive, but only to be traumatised for life and plagued by nightmares before they become reality, living it over and over again?

Well, at this moment, the look of utter terror on Juliana's face could rival even the best actress. Instead of a distorted voice revealing horrific news from a telephone, her not so adorable wife, according to the brunette, was explaining their plans for the day.

"What did you say?" Juliana inquired from her place on the bed.

"It's Parents' Day at the girls' school," the blonde announced from within her dressing room.

"No... what did you really say?" For the athlete, the statement was as disturbing as someone telling her, 'Do not open the bathroom door because there is a masked man inside who will gut you with his saw.'

Valentina poked her head around the door. "I'm sorry my love, but you heard me." The photographer had to retreat into the dressing room to contain her laughter and prevent her wife from seeing how amused she was by her shocked expression. Once recovered, Valentina reappeared. "Today... in an hour or so... you... and me..." she spoke slowly, gesturing with her hands mockingly as she explained, "and the girls, are spending the day at their school."

Juliana shook her head, this couldn't be happening, it must be a nightmare. "No... no... no! Tell me it's not true? Valentina!" she called. "Tell me it's not true, please! TELL ME!" she begged.

"I'm sorry darling, but it's as true as you and I just making love," Valentina replied from the depths of her closet.

Juliana kept shaking her head, denying it. "That was not making love... that was... it was... it was a deception. YOU TRICKED ME!"

The blonde wore a malicious smile, thankful her wife couldn't see it.

"You tricked me!" Juliana said indignantly. "You woke me up with my favourite breakfast, 'a Valentina fruit platter' and then you let me repeat it but without fruit and... and... and... you know what? I need to get out of here!"

The brunette tried to get out of bed but something stopped her.

"Ouch! VALENTINA!" She screamed again. "Can you take my handcuffs off?" she asked pitifully, displaying her best pout.

"Not until your daughters and I are ready," announced the blonde returning from the closet half naked, her chosen outfit in her hand.

"I knew you were up to something," she said, eyeing her suspiciously. "Yesterday we made love in the car, the gym, the shower, on the counter, in the garden..."

"We always make love in all of those places Juliana, there is nothing strange about that!" That was true. "The only strange part of this scenario was keeping you handcuffed to the bed this morning so you can't run away, like you manage to do every year!" Valentina explained as she slipped into her dress.

"Valentina please... You can't do this to me!" she pulled against her restraints. "HELP! HELP!" she screamed.

"Mom?" Maca and Scarlet entered the room already dressed in their uniform.

"GIRLS!" Juliana thought her saviours had arrived. "I'm so glad you're here, get me out of these, please..."

"Good morning, mommy," the girls greeted her without paying her too much attention, and completely ignoring her request.
