Romae: Just tell me if I'm right or wrong, she wont know it was you that told me I promise.
Romae-lorenzo sat beside me on my bed begging with his eyes. Romae was one of my brothers close friends and my ONLY school friend's boyfriend. I tried my hardest not to look into his eyes since he knew alot about me including when i was lying so i couldn't lie to him without getting caught. My brothers friends were always at our house especially his friend Tyree since our mums are close friends.
Romae: Marni please just tell me?
i sat staring at him i didn't want to break them up so i wasnt trying to say anything to make that happen and even though she is cheating on him, she's my friend so I can't tell on her.
Romae: alright kool im finishing it with her.
me : no wait, why?
Romae: because if she wasn't cheating you would've said so already, have you forgot i can read you like a book?
Me: just give her another chance... please.
Romae: ive had enough you know i dont take shit from nobody. I just need you to do me a favor.

Romae: tell her to come here and lead her to tell you about the guy she cheated on me with so I can hear it for myself.
Me: im not going to do that.
Romae: please imarni.
Me: no I'm not setting my friend up.
i screwed him as he looked at me confused as if he was expecting me to actually do what he's asking.
Romae: are you really going to put this girl before me when shes the one in the wrong?
Me: im not getting involved Romae. you dont even know if she is actually cheating.
Romae: but you do and I'm not stupid so unless you tell me shes not then i know she is.
Me: maybe you should just talk to her before you break up with her.
Romae: so if you were in my position you would stay and look like an idiot?
he screwed me as i shrugged my shoulders trying to do my best to defend my friend.
Me: all im saying is vanessa is better than this she aint gonna throw someone like you away.
He smirked at my slight compliment towards him, I need him on my side right now.
Romae: if things dont change by next week im finishing it because I'm over it I could be getting busy with someone else but instead I'm stuck getting played.
Me: what if she breaks up with you first?
Romae: i couldnt care less as long as I'm not being played then im fine.
Me: okay good. Don't break up with her, I'll sort it out.
i nodded pressing play on my tv remote allowing it to continue playing Jumping the broom. Romae started getting comfortable in my bed.
Me: jeremiah is in his room.
Romae: I know that what are you trying to say?
Me: im just saying. I wasn't expecting you to still be here after you said what you wanted to.
Romae: well sometimes I like to keep you company is that okay?
Me: okay whatever
Romae: don't whatever me.
Me: what-ever.
He grinned at me as I laughed.
Romae: okay so you think you're funny?
Me: romae-lorenzo shut up, I'm trying to watch something.
Romae: why are you saying my government name, are you trying to sound like our teacher?
Me: because all you do is annoy us so maybe if I say your full name you will listen.
Romae: you know you love me really &I can pay attention in lessons if I wanted to.
Me: Oh please you don't know how to listen for shit.
Romae: alright then do you want to bet on it? Tomorrow if I can do everything the teacher asks, you have to do what I say and if not I do what you say.
Me: it's not about just one day it's about the rest of year.
Romae: we start off with one day marni don't get ahead of yourself.
I chuckled, did he really believe he was going to win this bet? He can't even be quiet for two seconds that's if he even shows up to lessons.
Me: now shut up for real I want to watch this.
