Tyree's birthday:
I took a deep breath answering the face time request from Tyree's sister Tee.
Me: what's up?
Tee: don't what's up me, where you at?
Me: me and Taylor just finished getting ready we're on the way.
Tee: hurry up! I'm hiding in the bathroom to hide from the awkwardness.
Me: why what happened? Isn't Tyree happy to see you guys?
Tee: of course he was but I can see in his eyes that he wants to ask where you are.
Me: maybe I shouldn't even come.
Tee: I told your ass you're not leaving me by myself, you better come.
Taylor: tell her again.
Me: I can just come after to the club.
Tee: if you told me that earlier I wouldn't have came to the meal either.
Me: fine. We're on our way. Make sure I'm not sitting by them.
Tee: don't worry, we're on the other side of the table.
Me: good.
I hung up looking at Taylor.
Taylor: you're over thinking this way too much.
Me: we had sex a few days ago.
I continued staring at her as she started to choke on thin air.
Taylor: you what?
Me: now am I over thinking this?
Taylor: was this after they got together?
Me: yes but he didn't tell me until the morning after.
Taylor: he's trash.
Me: now do you understand why I don't want to go? I can't look at his girlfriend and act like everything's okay.
Taylor: don't worry. Tee said we're sitting far away from them & if you need to we can just leave but she's going to be more suspicious if you don't show because you said you would.
Me: I don't care if she gets suspicious, I want her to know I just don't want drama and I don't want her to be hurt because she's done nothing wrong.
Taylor: just keep your distance from the both of them, it's for the best. I'll speak to Ty after the meal cause this is clearly getting to you... Put these heels on the taxi is outside.
I sighed out putting on a pair of Taylors heels. I purposely didn't bring any going out clothes because I was adamant that I wasn't going but Tee and Taylor really weren't giving me a break so I ended up borrowing Taylor's clothes since we're the same size.

Me: hi guys.
I speed walked passed everyone on the table going straight to my seat.
Jeremiah: so we don't get no hug or nothing?
Me: not today I'm too hungry.
I grinned at my brother as he screwed me. It's so hard for me to not look at Tyree but I know I can do it.
Tee: I ordered you both the same thing that I got.
Me: that's kool.
Taylor: everything okay?
I nodded nervously since I could feel someone burning holes through my skin.
Me: where are we going after?
Tee: not sure, I think Tys going to decide.
Tianna: now that everyone's here, can we make a toast?
I picked up my glass still not looking in their direction.
Tianna: happy birthday baby. I hope you liked you're suprise... Here's to a good night.
I finally gave in looking at Tyree and of course he was staring right back at me. My heart skipped a beat as he squinted his eyes at me trying to read me until Taylor squeezed my leg under the table whispering to me.
Taylor: blink and drink.
I came out of my trance putting my glass down.
Me: na I'm not drinking tonight I need a soft drink do you two want anything?
Taylor: na I'm good for now.
Tee: I'll come with you.
I took my purse up walking over to the bar with Tee.
Tee: what's going on?
Me: what do you mean?
Tee: you and Ty were the only two that didn't drink at the toast because you were too busy staring into each others eyes.
Me: I'm just not drinking tonight I'm planning on going back to uni tomorrow.
Tee: me too but I'm still drinking, I'm sure we'll have enough time to recover.
Me: na it's a bad idea trust me.
Tee: why what's up?
Me: nothing.
Tyree: thanks for coming.
I looked up at Tyree as he came over to us at the bar.
Tee: Ty we're having a conversation right now.
Tyree: about what?
She screwed up her face since he was just staring me down.
Tee: first of all why didn't you tell me you had a girlfriend? She randomly called me inviting me to this meal like I knew her.
Tyree: blame Taylor, she's the one that told her about everyone.
Me: I'm going to go to the toilet.
I tried to walk away but failed as Tyree held onto my wrist pulling me over to him. I tried to look to see if his girlfriend was looking but the table wasn't in view.
Tee: what's really going on with you two?
Me: nothing.
Tyree: really?
Me: I don't have time for games. Nothing is going on.
Tyree: why did you come here if all you're planning on doing is ignoring my existence?
Me: for your information I don't want to be here.
I ordered my drink moving away from him until he followed me.
Tyree: tee give us a minute please.
Me: no she's staying.
Tyree: kool. When you're done being childish, let me know.
I kissed my teeth talking my drink off the bar as he walked away.
Tee: erm ok. What happened between you two for real?
Me: he cheated on his girlfriend with me and didn't tell me he was with her until after we had sex.
