The movie i was watching finally finished so I looked over on my bed to see Romae fast asleep. I tapped him not too hard but hard enough for him to wake up, then I got up to turn the tv off. Instead of getting up he lay down more resting his head on one of my pillows going back to sleep.
Me: are you not going home ?
Romae: No I'm too tired
me: go into my brothers room then
I turned around once I realised he went back to sleep since he was no longer responding.
me: ROMAE
I shouted hoping he would just get up and go.
Romae: What?
me: get out
Romae: don't worry just go to sleep.
me: you can't sleep in my bed.
He took his trousers off throwing them on the floor then went back to his position in my bed. I counted to 10 in my head closing my eyes then opened them to see him laughing as if I was joking.
Romae: Imarni just go to sleep. Why are you stressing? It's not that serious.
i gave up and got in my bed beside him. Not too long after I heard his soft breathing, lets just pray nobody walks in and thinks anything is going on because it most definitely is not.
I woke up at 6 30 to my alarm Romae was still sleeping so I left him and went to the bathroom but someone was in there. So I went back to my room but got stopped halfway.
Sam: I'm out now, you can go in.
I turned round to see another one of jeremiahs friends, Samuel. He had the towel around his waist showing off his body
me: who are you trying to impress? Put your boobies away.
Sam: boobies? These are pecks.
He chuckled and winked at me then went into jeremiahs room. I went back to the bathroom to shower and get ready for sixth form.
Jeremiah: who's in here?
I stopped showering and responded
Me: it's me
Jeremiah: alright I need the toilet
He knows i hate when people do this, I just want to shower in peace.
Me: no, get out
Jeremiah: please Marni I'm bursting.
After listening to him use the toilet I thought he was gone until I felt cold water being poured on me from over the shower curtain. I scream as loud as I could this is the main reason I dislike people coming in while I'm showering. I listened to him as he bursted out laughing then ran out.

I was finally ready but jeremiah, romae and Samuel still weren't so i took an apple to eat and starting putting my shoes on.
romae: are you not going to wait for us?
I turned around to see him sitting on a few steps above me also putting his shoes on.
me: No you take too long I'm not being late for any of you
Jeremiah: IMARNI WAIT FOR ME PLEASE
My brother shouted from the front room, the worst thing is he was ready already he was just watching tv as if time was waiting for him. I rolled my eyes as romae burst out laughing sticking my middle finger up at him and went to go sit in the kitchen.
Romae: turn that frown upside down
i screwed him as he poured himself some fizzy drink.
me: you know it's not good to drink fizzy pop in the morning
Romae: imarni I really couldn't care less
I screwed him as he threw the cup in the sink.
me: Wash it
Romae: no
I kissed my teeth and walked out since my brother was now rushing me as if it wasn't me waiting on him in the first place. We all went upstairs to say bye to my mum and then went. I didn't see the point in Jeremiah making me wait for him because I was always walking in front with my headphones in while the hooligans were behind like we aren't already late. The only person that walks with me is Tyree but he wasn't here, so I guess i'm walking by myself.

Romae's P.O.V.
I walked into English fashionably late looking around to see who was here.
Miss Brooke: nice to see you Romae-lorenzo
me: hi miss
she rolled her eyes as i grinned at her.
Miss: go and sit down the work is on the board
Fortunately my friend Andre didn't come to lesson today so it was easier for me to sit by Imarni and do my work since we made a bet on it last night. As I expected my soon to be ex girlfriend Vanessa had to open her big mouth. Why is she talking to me like she hasn't been cheating on me?
Vanessa: come sit by me
Me: it's kool I can't see the board from there
I quickly made an excuse since i didn't want to tell her how i really feel about her out of respect for Imarni. Imarni gave me a pen knowing I didn't have one then put her head back down continuing with her work
me: can you explain to me what I have to do please?
Vanessa: basically you write a paragraph-
I slowly looked up at her screwing since I wasn't exactly talking to her.
me: Oh I think I got it now
I could hear Imarni laughing to herself as I got comfortable in my seat opening my book to do some work. This lessons going to be so long but i have to win this bet.

It was close to the end of the lesson and I have proudly wrote 3 pages considering I came 20 minutes late that was good.
Miss: So who would like to tell me the word you chose for the main character Robert and why?
I raised my hand since I did actually do this question, it actually feels good to know the answers.
Miss: What a surprise... Romae?
Me: I wrote deceiving.
miss: why deceiving?
she looked impressed so I continued.
me: He hides the fact that he hates his new life because he doesn't want anyone to have any sympathy for him so he acts like he's fine with it by being emotionally deceiving.
Marni looked up at me with her eyebrow raised I winked at her then looked back at miss Brooke.
Miss: Its nice of you to actually take part in the lesson today Romae maybe you are better off without Andre.
As soon as the bell went for next lesson everyone started getting ready to leave.
Miss: I want this finished for homework by tomorrow, no excuses
I kissed my teeth taking my book up giving it to imarni
me: put this in your bag please
Marni: put it in your own
She tried to walk off so I grabbed her arm softly pulling her back
Me: I haven't got one... please?
she took it from me and walked out the room so I turned around to get my coat only to see Vanessa looking at me confused. Keeping my promise to imarni I grinned at her taking my coat from her which she decided to take from my chair. I loosened my tie while turning round and walking to my next lesson hopefully she wasn't still following behind.
