IMARNIS POV:
Jamal has been acting off with me since the meal last night. I know I should've warned him about it sooner but I know he wouldn't of agreed to it so I had no choice. After I cleaned myself up in the bathroom I made my way into his room getting into his bed wrapping my arm around him as he pretended to sleep.
Me: baby I know you're lying because your eyes were open when I walked in.
I sighed out sitting on his waist as he continued to ignore me.
Me: how many times do I have to tell you I'm sorry about last night. I just needed you two to make up so you're not always fighting. Don't you feel relieved that you don't have to keep fighting with him?
I leaned down kissing his chest and his jaw line until he said something making my heart stop.
Jamal: get out.
Me: what?
Jamal: you heard what I said.
Me: baby I know you're mad about last night bu-
Jamal: it's not even about that.
Me: what then?
Jamal: get out.
Me: tell me why?
Jamal: I'm done with you and your lies.
Me: what have I lied about?
I held onto his chest as he tried to lift me off of his waist.
Me: Jamal, you need to talk to me.
Jamal: I'm done talking, especially when you're not telling me the truth.
Me: tell me what I did.
Jamal: you fucking lied to me again.
Me: about what?
I could feel the tears forming in my eyes as he looked back at me. He looks so hurt right now and I don't even know why.
Jamal: I know you know who Romeo is.
Me: he's my friend. We went out in school that's it.
Jamal: I don't care imarni. I asked you if you knew who he was a few days ago and you said no.
Me: because I was mad at Marcus I wasn't thinking straight.
Jamal: so you lied to my face because you was pissed off at Marcus? Is that what you're telling me?
Me: I said I wasn't thinking straight.
Jamal: I don't want to hear your excuses. When you found out about my history with Rhiannon you made it a big deal when you knew the whole time you were lying to me about your ex Romeo.
Me: this is different.
Jamal: how is it different?
Me: me and Romeo were together a long time ago in school, we've never even had sex.
Jamal: I asked you if you know him and you said no.
Me: I know and I'm sorry.
I wiped my tears as he finally calmed down holding onto my waist.
Jamal: you know I hate arguing with you.
Me: I would never hurt you on purpose.
Jamal: does he know we're together?
Me: of course. Me and Romeo are just friends.
Jamal: kool.
Me: why would you do this to me so early in the morning?
Jamal: I found out last night but you were sleeping when I went into your room. So I thought it would be better if I calmed myself down and waited until the morning but it's been playing on my mind all night.
Me: don't do that to me again. I was wondering why you wasn't in my bed this morning.
Jamal: baby, I don't like not knowing things.
Me: I would've told you but the first time you saw him you got defensive so I knew you would start assuming.
Jamal: because I don't like seeing you with anybody else.
Me: he's just a friend.
Jamal: I know that now. But in my mind if you lied to me about it then you must've had something to hide.
Me: I don't I promise.
Jamal: I almost had a fight with him.
Me: I know, he told me.
Jamal: I don't want to make enemies of your friends.
Me: then don't.
Jamal: he backed me up when I was talking to Marcus and then he said your name like he knew who you was, that's why I asked you if you know him.
Me: you were about to fight with Marcus that's why he did it.
Jamal: I know but I was pissed off because you were upset.
Me: Marcus is not worth fighting with.
Jamal: why do you two clash so much?
Me: I can't stand him.
Jamal: he's my boy.
Me: then how were you about to fight him?
Jamal: because that's just what we do baby girl. We're good now.
Me: well, I've got less than a month and then I won't have to speak to him again.
Jamal: you're so cruel.
Me: and you won't see or speak to Rhiannon again will you?
Jamal: are you asking or telling?
I raised my eyebrow giving him the death stare as he smirked back at me.
Jamal: I like it when you get jealous.
Me: whatever Jamal.
Demari: Marni there's some flowers at the door for you.
I felt Jamal tense up underneath me as demari busted out laughing.
Demari: I'm just playing with you.
Me: You're so stupid. That is not funny.
Demari: trust me it was. I should've taken a picture of both of your faces.
I rolled off of Jamal sitting beside him since demari came in to disturb us.
Demari: I need a new fuck buddy.
Me: has Jada finally got back with Cameron?
Demari: no she's just cut me off.
Jamal: because he knows you two are still fucking.
Demari: so?
Me: so she needs to cut you off to prove to him that she wants him and only him.
Demari: but what about my needs?
Me: go find a girlfriend.
Demari: you need to hook me up with tyrees sister.
Me: she has a boyfriend.
Demari: that didn't stop Jada. You know I have special talents right?
Me: no I'm not doing that. That's wierd.
Demari: just give me her number.
Me: no.
Jamal: let's go out tonight before we all go back home for Christmas tomorrow.
I rolled my eyes as both of their faces lit up.
