Tyree: marni?
I sighed out instantly fighting the urge to burst out into tears.
Tyree: talk to me?
Even though I'm the one that called him I want to hang up already.
Tyree: are you there?
Me: yeah
Tyree: come and meet me.
Me: I can't.
Tyree: I'm 10 minutes away.
Me: no, I don't want to see you right now.
Tyree: please?
I know if I see him it will make me forgive him easier and he knows this.
Me: no
Tyree: I'm on my way.
I sighed out again after he hung up the phone.
TYREE'S POV:
Tee: does imarni know we're here?
Me: yeah. I'm going to try to take her out for a while to talk are you okay to stay here?
Tee: can I talk to her first?
Me: na, she's going to be mad at first so let me sort it out.
She nodded following me up to the door.
Demari: does marni know you're coming?
Me: yeah.
Demari: who's this?
Tee: hi my name's Tee I'm marnis friend.
He grinned biting his lip.
Me: she's also my sister, so put your eyes back in your head.
Demari: I was just playing, come in.
I nodded going straight to marnis room. She was laying on her bed with her back towards the door.
Me: baby, come with me.
Imarni: I told you not to come here.
Me: just hear me out. I promise I'll leave you alone after if that's what you want.
Imarni: I don't wanna see you right now.
Me: kool, I'll talk to you from behind then.
I sat on her bed thinking of something to say to get her to acknowledge me.
Me: I've never told you this but I liked you way before I even made a move on you. I knew your brother could see it and he hated it so I left you to focus on your education. I used to tell you about some of the girls I was talking to to see how you would react but you never seemed to pay any attention. But when I finally made my move and kissed you, you kissed me back like you had been waiting for me to do it for a long time. It hurt me a lot when you kept pushing me away when all I wanted to do was be with yo-
I stopped what I was saying kissing my teeth as she stood up walking out. What am I supposed to do? She's not telling me what she wants and I'm not a mind reader.
DEMARIS POV:
Me: would you like a drink?
Tee: na, I'm good thanks.
I nodded sitting beside her. This girl is beautiful why does she have to be related to Tyree?
Jada: don't you have work to do?
Me: don't you?
I stretched my arms up then let them fall over Tee's shoulder making her burst out laughing. Jada screwed me from the other sofa.
Me: so what's up with you? Do you have a boyfriend?
Tee: actually I do and he'll probably kill you if he saw you right now.
Me: well he's not here right now is he?
Her smile turned into a more serious expression as imarni went into the kitchen behind us.
Me: I'll be back.
I went up to her to see if she's okay and also to get some information.
Me: is everything good?
She nodded taking some biscuits out of the tin.
Me: okay since you're good can I ask you a question?
Imarni: go ahead?
Me: who's Tee's boyfriend?
Imarni: you remember Alex right? The guy that was at your house party that you told me not to talk to because he's dangerous... Him.
Me: do you think she will tell him if I try to make a move?
Imarni: do what you want, just don't expect me to visit you in hospital when he finds out.
Me: stop being a hater.
I looked up grinning as Tee walked in clearing her throat I could sense the tension so I left going to find Jamal in his room.
Jamal: what's good?
Me: just a heads up, Tyree is here.
Jamal: why?
Me: I know marni told you what he did.
Jamal: yeah, but why is he here?
Me: they're going to talk it out.
Jamal: did she tell you that?
Me: no but I know it's going to happen.
Jamal: maybe she's had enough.
Me: he loves her too much to let her go.
Jamal: then he shouldn't of fucked someone behind her back.
Me: why are you getting defensive?
Jamal: why do you sound like you want them back together?
Me: don't you?
He sighed out then kissed his teeth. I know Jamal has feelings for imarni I just want him to say it so I can tell him how I feel about it. Marnis not going to leave Tyree for him so he needs to step back before he gets himself hurt.
Jamal: why are you so protective over her? She knows what she's doing.
Me: I know I've only known her for a couple of years now but that's my sister.
Jamal: since when do you go around kissing your sisters?
Me: Jamal don't play with me.
Jamal: don't come at me like that then.
Me: You're going to get fucked over in the end. I'm doing you a favour.
Jamal: nothings going on with me and imarni.
Me: kool.
I nodded leaving the room, I can tell he's not in the mood and I don't want him spazzing out at me.
TYREE'S POV:
Imarni left the room almost 20 minutes ago and I'm started to get pissed off. I know I slipped up but at the same time we had broken up after I caught her messing around with Jamal. I can't keep chasing her down everytime she gets upset with me, it's too much. I left the room to find her, she was eating some food watching the TV from the kitchen. I stood infront of her blocking her view.
Me: talk to me and tell me what you want me to do, or I'm going to leave for good.
