I came back home 2 days ago since it's Tyrees birthday tomorrow but im gonna be at uni. My plan is to go to his house today and hopefully go out with him or just spend the day. But I already know it's not going to go to plan because the last time we spoke was almost a week ago when I hung up the phone on him then turned it off and haven't turned it back on since. I know he's most definitely mad at me but I was hoping he would get over it quickly and not make a big deal out of it.
As I stepped up to his door a group of guys walked out so I walked past them into the house. I went straight up to his room confused as to why there was a girl on his bed sleeping practically naked.
I spun on my heels ready to leave the house just as he was walking down the other end of the hall way. As we got closer to each other he tried to grab my waist so I pushed him in his chest trying to walk passed him.
Me: please leave me alone.
Tyree: you said friends right?
I tried to walk passed him again but he spun me around wrapping his arms around me.
Tyree: you asked for this not me.
Me: let me go.
Tyree: why are you mad at me right now?
Me: you win Tyree. I'm done.
Tyree: no you're not done.
Me: if you don't let me go I will scream.
I was angry to the point where tears were building up in my eyes. I know I have no right to be mad about the girl lying in his bed but I can't deny my feelings are hurt right now.
Tyree: were you expecting me to sit and wait a whole week after you hung up on me and decided to ignore my calls?
Me: I said you win.
Tyree: I asked you a question.
He held onto me tighter as I started to scream. What I really wanted to do was burst out crying but I can't do that infront of him because I know I caused this.
Tyree: you can scream all you like. I'm not letting you go.
Me: fuck you.
Tyree: can you blame me?
I ignored him as he pulled me into his sisters room closing the door finally letting me go.
Tyree: look at me.
Me: I need to go home.
Tyree: fine. But we need to talk okay?
I ignored him trying to get him out of the doorway.
Tyree: I'm coming to your mums house in a few hours okay?
I ignored him again so he finally gave up letting me go. I walked out of the house. Why did I bother coming down here I should've just stayed at uni.

TYREES POV:
After I kicked everyone out of my house I cleaned up, had a quick shower and made my way to imarnis mum's house. I chilled with Jeremiah for a bit until I built up the courage to speak to her.
Me: is Marni in her room?
Jeremiah: Na she's gone back to uni.
Me: what?
Jeremiah: didn't she tell you? As soon as she came back from yours she went back.
Me: is she taking the piss?
Jeremiah: what happened?
Me: she came to my house and saw some girl sleeping in my bed from the party last night.
He paused his game looking at me screwing.
Jeremiah: you better not be playing my sister.
Me: first of all before she went to uni she cut me off and said she wants to be just friends. On Sunday night I called her to try and change her mind but she hung up on me and was airing my calls up until today when she walked in my house and got mad at me because of what she saw. You was at the party you know I wasn't doing shit with anybody there.
Jeremiah: you better not.
Me: I didn't fuck the girl that was in my bed so she has no reason to be mad plus she's the one that cut me off.
Jeremiah: don't play around with my sister because I know you made it seem like you fucked her to make her jealous.
Me: that's why I came here now to tell her I didn't but she's gone again.
Jeremiah: I advise you sort it out now before it gets to her head and fucks up her uni work.
I kissed my teeth. This means I gotta drive all the way down to her uni not knowing if she was even going to open the door once she sees me.
Me: I'm gonna have to go down there tomorrow.
Jeremiah: on your birthday?
Me: as long as I get what I want it doesn't matter.
**
NEXT DAY x IMARNIS POV:
Jamal: are you ready?
I nodded as he walked into the front room squinting his eyes at me.
Jamal: you've been off with everyone since yesterday what's wrong?
I smiled brushing his question off as the door bell rang. We were all going out for breakfast and to chill since we all had no lectures until this afternoon. I didn't know if I was hearing right but I think I heard Tyree in the corridor.
Me: hug me.
Jamal: huh?
I pulled his arms around me so we was in chest to back position I laughed hugging his arms. On queue Tyree walked in screwing us so hard.
I slowly pulled jamals arms from around me walking away. I felt Tyree following me so I spun around before I reached my room door.
Me: leave me alone.
Tyree: I'm hoping you was doing that shit on purpose.
Me: We agreed friends right?
I stepped back as he came closer only for Jamal to stand infront of me forcing him back.
Jamal: back up.
Tyree: are you fucking crazy?
I held onto jamals waist still standing behind him.
Tyree: Marni. You've got 5 seconds to check your friend.
What I wanted to do was let the fact that Jamal was trying to protect me piss him off but I know he's going to end up hurting Jamal.
Me: I'll meet you guys in the library.
Jamal: are you sure?
I nodded making my way into my room where Tyree followed.
Tyree: are you done with your bullshit now?
I sat staring at him since I didn't have anything to say.
Tyree: I didn't do anything with the girl in my bed.
Me: I don't believe you.
Tyree: you know I wouldn't lie to you.
Me: so why didn't you say that yesterday.
Tyree: because I wanted you to realise that you don't want to see me with anybody else.
Me: I know that already.
Tyree: so why are we still single?
Me: I'm not going over this shit with you again.
Tyree: I just want you.
Me: please leave.
I sat on my bed tapping on the sheet out of frustration since he was not leaving.
Tyree: look at me.
Me: Tyree just go.
My breath caught in my throat as he pulled me to stand infront of him lifting my chin so I was looking at him.
Tyree: don't play games with me because if you really wanted us to be nothing more than friends you wouldn't of got mad at me yesterday and you wouldn't of tried to make me jealous with your friend just now.
Me: his name is Jamal.
His face screwed up. I know he hates Jamal for no decent reason.
Tyree: so why the fuck are you leading him on. You already know he wants you.
Me: maybe I want him too.
Tyree: you're starting to piss me off.
Me: then leave.
Tyree: imarni
We stood giving each other death stares until I made the first move. I kissed him pulling him onto the bed...
