ONE WEEK LATER:
I was back in our apartment now, Jamal got the message that I didn't want to talk it out with him so we were just ignoring each others existence. I still haven't spoken to Tyree but Tees convinced me to go out with her tonight so I was going to go down there in a few minutes with demari since he was driving down to see his family anyway.
Demari: are you sure you don't want to clear the air with Jamal before we leave?
I ignored him, I've already told him he doesn't need to get involved in this. He shook his head laughing as Jamal came into the room.
Jamal: where are you going?
Demari: to see my family for the weekend.

I stood awkwardly pulling my bags to the front door.

I looked at myself in the mirror grinning from ear to ear. I can't lie I look good. Tee looked just as good beside me.
Tee: let's go.
Me: where are we going anyway?
Tee: to get your man back.
I froze taking my heels off.
Me: what?
Tee: marni you know you want to.
Me: Tyree's going to be there?
Tee: yes
Me: and does he know I'm coming?
Tee: he doesn't need to know.
Me: Tee I can't do this.
I threw my heels down sitting on her bed.
Tee: you know you want him back marni, stop trying to play games because you'll regret it.
Me: that's not the problem, he doesn't want me.
Tee: we both know that's a lie. He loves you to death.
Me: then why has he gone out like everything's okay?
Tee: because he's trying to make himself happy. Trust me I know my brother, he just wants you.
I sighed out putting my feet back into my heels. I don't know if this is a good idea but what's the harm in trying?
Me: fine.

I took my coat off as we got into the club, Tyree couldn't see me but I could see him. He stood with my brother and a few of their friends in one section with a bunch of girls. They weren't really paying them any attention just bopping to the music. For some reason I'm nervous because I don't know how he'll react to seeing me. He still didn't see me as I walked up to him, once I was literally two steps infront of him he looked down to me softening his face.
I'm lost for words right now and by the looks of it so is he.
Jeremiah: marni, what are you doing here?
I ignored my brother staring at Tyree until he held onto my waist pulling me closer to him bringing his face down to my ear.
Tyree: I fucked up, I'm sorry.
I hugged him, holding on for dear life. I missed him so much.
I lead the way as he spun me around guiding me to an empty room.
Bodyguard: you can't go in there.
Tyree: bro, let me get 2 seconds please I need to speak to my girl.
Bodyguard: hurry up.

I walked in followed by Tyree then he locked the door looking at me.
Tyree: how did you know I was here?
Me: your sister of course.
He chuckled pulling my body closer to his.
Tyree: I'm glad you came.
Me: I just wanna clear the air.
Tyree: and get back together?
Me: if that's what you want.
Tyree: you know exactly what I want.
Me: so why didn't you contact me to let me know?
Tyree: because I'm always chasing you down. I wanted to know that you want me too.
Me: is this good enough?
I got on my tip toes kissing him as he gripped my bottom in his hands forcing our bodies together.
Tyree: I missed you so so much.
I grinned unbuckling his belt and jeans looking him in his eyes as he did to me.
Tyree: you look beautiful.

Me and Tyree we're back in the section with the rest of the guys including Tee. I was dancing infront of Tyree until Tee came pulling me aside.
Tee: come outside with me for a second.
I nodded following her until I stopped outside confused.
Me: is that Alex?
She nodded at me nervously, he came and walked up to us kissing her then turned to me.
Alex: imarni I'm sorry for what I did to you. I didn't mean to hurt you in any way I was just using you to get at your boy.
Me: you two are together now?
Tee: I wanted to tell you I just wanted you guys to make amends before I did.
Me: you gave me a bust lip and held a strap up at me.
Alex: you gave yourself that trying to hit me and you know I wasn't going to do anything with it I just wanted to get to your boy. I'm sorry, I don't know what I was thinking.
Tee: marni trust me I've cussed him about it multiple times.
Me: is Tyree okay with this?
Tee: please don't tell him yet... I'll see you when I come home tomorrow alright?
I nodded going back into the club to Tyree. I didn't know how to feel about it, I mean I know Alex loves her but with everything he's done is that still okay?
Tyree: is everything okay baby?
I nodded as he sat down pulling me on to his lap.
Me: let's get drunk.
