TYREE'S POV:
Tee: did you tell her?
Me: tell who what?
Tee: did you tell imarni that you was messing around after you guys had that argument?
Me: why would she care?
Tee: Tyree you know you need to tell her sooner rather than later.
I ignored her, why does my sister always have to get involved? I know I need to tell imarni I had sex with someone before we got back together that's why I didn't want to talk about the promise ring because I know I can't make a promise to her until she knows the truth.
Tee: trust me.
Me: I told her I had to come back home to drive you to uni.
Tee: why would you lie?
Me: because she asked me about the ring and I didn't want to talk about it.
She looked over at me raising her eyebrow.
Tee: I guarantee she knew you were lying because you're the worst liar on the planet.
Me: that's why I'm telling you. If she asks, you better have my back.
Tee: then make sure you tell her the truth.
Me: I will, next time I see her.
Tee: the longer you drag it out the worse it will be.
Me: I just came from there I'm not driving back.
Tee: then call her.
Me: you expect me to tell her over the phone, she's going to hang up on me and turn her phone off again.
Tee: well if you go there and tell her she's probably going to kick you out and you'll have to drive back again anyway.
I sighed out preparing myself for this phonecall. Why did I not just listen to my sister in the first place and not have sex with that girl?

IMARNIS POV:
Demari: let's go out tonight
Me: it's Sunday and we all have lectures tomorrow don't be stupid.
Jada: I'm in
Me: are you serious?
We all looked at Jamal who was looking at me.
Demari: J don't give in to marnis boring life she still hates you.
Me shut up, you will all regret this in the morning.
Jada: let's get ready.
Demari and Jada left the room leaving me with Jamal who was still looking at me.
Me: what?
Jamal: are you not coming for real?
Me: just go.
I attempted to walk to my room until he pulled me back.
Jamal: why are you still being like this?
Me: because you're an idiot.

Demari: marni this is your last chance to change your mind.
Me: no thanks. I'm planning on passing my courses the first time round.
Jada: we'll be back in a couple of hours.
Me: have fun.
I smiled sarcastically as all three of them walked out of the door. Once they were gone I sighed out facetiming Tyree.
Tyree: are you okay baby?
Me: yeah what are you doing?
Tyree: just chilling you?
Me: they've all gone out so I'm alone right now.
Tyree: good girl, you've learnt your lesson from last night.
I rolled my eyes as he grinned at me then he stopped instantly.
Tyree: we need to talk.
I somehow knew this was coming because he was acting weird earlier when I brought up the ring.
Me: what's up?
Tyree: promise me you'll hear me out first.
Me: what is it?
I could tell by his face it wasn't something good and I don't know if I even wanted to know.
Me: Tyree start talking?
Tyree: just wait, I'm trying.
Me: just say it.
Tyree: alright, a few days after we had that argument in your house I made a mistake.
Me: what mistake?
He sat staring at me through the phone as if I was supposed to know.
Me: Tyree yo-
Tyree: I had sex with somebody else.
It took me a few seconds to comprehend what he said to me.
Me: so while I was over here stressing about me and you, you were getting into bed with somebody else?
Tyree: no, it wasn't like that.
Me: why didn't you tell me that at the club last night before we had sex or today when I spent the whole fucking day with you?
Tyree: I wanted to I just didn't want you to be mad. We just got back together, I didn't want to mess that up over a mistake.
Me: it wasn't a mistake, it was a decision that you made.
Tyree: I'm coming clean to you right now imarni.
Me: no, fuck you.
I hung up calling demari.
Demari: changed your mind?
Me: yeah, what club are you guys going to?
