I started biting my teeth. I hated when she goes on about me and my ways. She doesn't know how hard it is for me. If it was as easy as she makes out I would have left a long time ago. But she doesn't understand.
Imarni: you wanna get shot again. or maybe this time they'll get me instead?
My stomach squeezed. Just the thought of it hurt me.
IMARNIS POV :
Me: romeo isn't like you. He isn't in that business he can't get me hurt like you.

tyree : don't lie. It was that dickhead that made Vanessa jump you
me: why are you always bringing Romae up?
tyree : cause you piss me off the way you're putting him before me. After everything we've been through
me: im not putting no one before you
tyree : Im not stupid
Me: tyree what do you want from me?
tyree : stop causing arguments
me: then stop trying to control me and who I talk to.
tyree : no imarni because that's love. I'm not gonna watch you get hurt again. The first time I wasn't there, but im here now don't take it for granted.
I got up and left. He goes away then comes back and straight away expects to be in control again. After I trusted him last time and he left me.
Tyree: where are you going?
Me: away from you.
I ran downstairs. I wasn't going to leave cause I learned from last time and everyone was inside anyway. I sat in the front room next to Romae. after saying hello to most of the people in the room. I stayed silent not sayiing another word for a while as they all continued playing their game, the only person that wasn't joining in was romae who had his arms around me also not saying a word. tyree was still not in sight but I couldn't care less. I sighed as I thought about how many times we've argued. as soon as we make up we argue again.

romae was going home so I walked him to the door.
me : are you coming school tomorrow?
romae : yeah
me: aight im coming yours in the morning
romae: you gotta come early though cause I gotta bring aaliyah to school.
me: yeah course I'll text you.
I gave him a hug and closed the door after watching him walk out of site. I went to the bathroom then slowly made my way to my room I was actually really tired. I jumped as I realized tyree in my bed he must've been sleeping. i most definitely wasn't going to wake him up so we could start again with another argument. I got in the bed beside him turning off the lamp then closed my eyes.
