Me: imarni has got tyree on her mind I don't want to give her another reason to worry.
Demari: J I'm telling you. I know Marni enough to know the sooner you tell her the better.
Me: Rhiannon tried to kiss me today.
Demari: does she know about imarni?
Me: I let her know, but now all she wants to do is talk about me brushing her away so I just want to sort it all out before I tell imarni.
Demari: kool. Just don't do anything stupid.
IMARNIS POV:
Me: tyree I can't make that decision for you. You need to decide what it is you want to do.
Tyree: fine, I can see where your heads at.
Me: what does that even mean?
Tyree: if you wanted us back together you would of allowed it to happen by now. So I already know you're trying to get with somebody else.
Me: that's not what's happening.
Tyree: stop lying to me.
Me: fine. I'm with Jamal now. Is that what you want to hear?
Tyree: is it the truth?
We had a staring match until my phone started ringing. Of course it had to be Jamal.
Jamal: baby where are you?
Me: I'm at the café.
Jamal: can you get me a cake please?
Me: yeah.
Jamal: you sound upset what's up?
Me: nothing.
Jamal: are you sure?
Me: I promise. I'll speak to you when I get back.
Jamal: alright. Don't forget my cake.
After I hung up I stared at the blank screen for a while until I had the courage to look back up at tyree.
Tyree: who was that?
Me: nobody.
Tyree: you say you hate when I fight with people but I feel like you put me in situations where I feel like I have to defend myself so I don't get hurt.
Me: I would never do that to you.
Tyree: how do you think I feel knowing that the girl that I was crushing on for years and ended up falling for is now with somebody else?
Me: it didn't work out.
Tyree: that doesn't mean the feelings I have for you are going to just disappear.
Me: what do you want me to do about that?
Tyree: you don't need to move on so quickly.
Me: you can't tell me you haven't been with somebody else since we broke up.
Tyree: having sex with someone and getting into a whole new relationship is completely different.
Me: so you're admitting to having sex with other people?
Tyree: yes.
Me: don't be a hypocrite then.
I smiled as Jada came over to us with 2 hot chocolates.
Me: thanks. Can I get a cake to take back please?
She nodded walking away again.
Tyree: so where do we go from here? I tried not having you in my life but it clearly didn't work because here I am, driving all the way down here to see you.
Me: if you promise to not start fights with Jamal or arguements between us then I don't see the problem with us being friends.
Tyree: so you're really with him?
Me: no.
The last thing I need is for him to flip out at me again especially infront of people.
Tyree: are you having sex with him?
I sighed out looking away from him until he pulled my chin back to look at him.
Me: tyree. This is not the time t-
Tyree: come and see me when you're ready to tell the truth.
I rolled my eyes as he stood up walking out of the cafe.
Jada: here you go. Is everything sorted now?
Me: almost. I haven't fully admitted that I'm with Jamal yet.

NEXT DAY:
Me: I got the job.
I screamed grinning from ear to ear as Jamal hugged me.
Jamal: well done baby.
Jada: by this time next week your excitement will wear off and you'll start to hate it.
I laughed shrugging my shoulders.
Demari: where is it?
Me: footlocker.
Jamal: you need to hook me up I need a job too.
Me: I will don't worry. My manager seems nice, I'll see what I can do.
Jada: when do you start?
Me: tomorrow after uni. I need to call Marcus to cancel our meeting tomorrow.
I took my phone up to call him until something caught my eye.
Jamal: what is it?
Me: huh?
Jamal: your smile dropped as soon as you looked at your phone.
Me: nothing. I'm just trying to concentrate.
I lied... Tyree sent me a message saying 'are you ready to tell the truth now?' with a screen shot of Jamal's Instagram page where he uploaded my picture with the caption 'baby girl'.
Even though I knew he could see I opened the message I didn't respond and called Marcus instead.
Marcus: what's up?
Me: we have to cancel tomorrow sorry. I'm going to be busy. Can we plan another time?
Marcus: I can do today?
Me: now?
Marcus: yeah. Can you meet me in like 10 minutes?
Me: okay text me where, I'll be there waiting.

Jamal: are you sure everything's okay?
I nodded with my back to him since I was packing my bag with my laptop and work to go and meet Marcus.
Jamal: if something happened you can tell me you know that right?
Me: everything's fine.
Jamal: promise?
I zipped my bag up attempting to walk out of my room until he held onto my waist stopping me.
Jamal: if you don't want to tell me that's kool. Just know I'm here if you want to talk.
The last person that can help me with this tyree situation is Jamal so there's no way I'm telling him right now.
I nodded kissing him then walked out to go to meet Marcus.

Of course I've been sitting here at this restaurant for about 15 minutes waiting for Marcus, he told me he would be a few minutes late over 10 minutes ago. So instead of doing nothing I decided to call tyree since I know that he's going to call me eventually and I'd rather speak to him when Jamal isn't around.
Me: tyree?
Tyree: what?
Me: are you okay?
Tyree: what do you think?
Me: don't be mad at me.
Tyree: are you ready to tell the truth?
Me: I don't want to speak to you about it over the phone.
Tyree: you had the chance to talk to me yesterday.
Me: I didn't feel like it was the right time.
Tyree: so why have you called me right now?
Me: because I don't want you mad at me.
Tyree: it's too late for that. I shouldn't be going on Instagram to see somebody else calling you baby girl on their page. You're supposed to be mine.
