My heart rate increased as Imarni looked up at me.
Imarni: what are you doing here?
Me: your friend told me what happened.
Imarni: Corey? I knew he was up to something.
I chuckled as she came over to me hugging me.
Me: why didn't you tell me?
Imarni: I didn't think you wanted to hear from me again.
Me: so what happened?
Imarni: after you hung up on me I called Jamal and told him that we kissed.
Me: so you were trying to make him end it?
She stared up at me biting her cheek then she hugged me again without answering my question.
Me: why didn't you just end it with him instead?
Imarni: it's not that simple.
Me: if you didn't want it to end you wouldn't have told him because it was just a kiss.
Imarni: okay fine. I knew what would happen and I was upset that you didn't want anything to do with me so I told him so he could make the decision himself because I hate breaking up with people especially when I'm in the wrong.
Me: is this for real? No getting back together?
Imarni: I'm pretty sure he never wants to see me ever again.
Me: good.
She rolled her eyes pulling me over to the sofa.
Me: I like this new place and your roommate is better than you last.
Imarni: yeah I like Corey.
Me: who else is staying here?
Imarni: Vanessa and Corey's friend Trey he's nice too.
Me: kool.
I slowly nodded looking around. Maybe I can get what I want after all... Imarni, with no one else in the way.
Me: so tell me what's going to happen when you see him at work or at uni?
Imarni: Ty I really don't know.
Me: I know you. You always want to be on everybody's good side so you're going to try and talk it out with him to make him feel better and then you end up messing around with him again.
Imarni: no that's not going to happen.

Imarni: it won't and do you want to know why?
Me: why?
Imarni: because I want you and nobody else.
I grinned at her as we stared each other in the eyes.
Me: is that so?
Imarni: yeah it is.
Me: I'll give you some time to sort your shit out first.
Imarni: you mean to prove to you that I want you and only you?
Me: yeah that too.
I hugged her as she jumped onto me hugging me back as we sat on the sofa.
Imarni: I missed you.
Me: I missed you too babygirl.
She squeezed me so hard almost suffocating me.
Me: I'm sorry I spoke to you in that way earlier I was frustrated.
Imarni: it's okay Ty I get it.
Me: no it's not okay because I've never spoken to someone I love like that before so I'm sorry.
I stared back at her as she sat on my lap, I'm so tempted to kiss her right now but I can't. I need to make sure she's ready for the relationship I want cause im tired of playing games and I'm done getting hurt.
Me: so tell me about Corey?
Imarni: you like him don't you?
Me: ye I do.
I rolled my eyes as she put her hand over her mouth gasping sarcastically.
Me: he's kool and he helped me out.
Imarni: he's the first male friend that I've had that you haven't hated.
Me: I like Demari too.
Imarni: but you hated him before you liked him. You broke my phone because he called me remember?
I rolled my eyes again remembering the day I threw her phone at the wall.
Me: true. I can control my jealousy now though so it's kool.
IMARNI'S POV:
I kept day dreaming and staring at Tyree since I was sitting on his lap and he would just stare back and then break eye contact.
Tyree: why did you take so long to end it with him?
Me: you were with Tianna and I actually like Jamal.
Tyree: but he's not me, right?
I did actually want it to work with Jamal but Corey was right. I knew he would break up with me if I told him I kissed Tyree and I still told him. I know I want to be with Tyree but I don't know how this is all going to work out. He squeezed my butt cheek since I was staring at him again.
Tyree: am I right?
Me: yeah.
Tyree: so what are you gonna do now?
Me: what do you want me to do?
Tyree: did you mean what you said about wanting to be with me?
Me: yeah.
Tyree: okay then I want you to go celibate with me.
Me: no sex?
He slowly nodded grinning at me.

I turned around on his lap so I was facing him with my legs on either side of him.
Me: how's it going?
Tyree: it's hard but I've done it before so I know I can do it again. As long as you don't do what you did last time.
I nodded agreeing with him whilst moving closer to him to kiss him. He pulled away grinning at me.
Tyree: Imarni I'm serious.
Me: so am I.
I leaned into him again to kiss him, this time he kissed me back grabbing onto my thighs.
Tyree: you're making this harder for yourself.
Me: we can still kiss right?
He nodded pulling my face back down to his as I used my hand to grab his erection through his joggers.

I tried to get off his lap as Corey walked through the front door but he pulled me back down.
Corey: looks like you two made up.
Me: yeah sorry.
I tried to get up again but Tyree wouldn't let me go so I started whispering to him.

Corey: I'm gonna go shower... Please take this to your room because I like sitting on that sofa.

I sighed out hugging him after Corey walked away.
Me: so we're really doing this celibacy thing?
Tyree: yup. I want you to focus on your uni work and I want to make sure that we're going to work out.
Me: and we can't have sex in-between?
Tyree: not yet... when is the last time you had sex?
Me: that doesn't matter.
