Wakana was once again working on one of his Hina Dolls, with something very different about him. Something only his girlfriend Marin could see. She looked at the way he painted the faces. The movement of his hand was lazy, and not full of dedication like it usually is. His eyes shut for a second each time, with his head shooting up along with it. There was even a moment where he yawned.
"Wakana, I think you need to lie down." "Not yet. I still need to finish this, and then..." "You're going to work on another one? Sorry, but that's not happening." Wakana was confused. "Listen, you've been overworking yourself lately, with my cosplay and your Hina Dolls. I think you should take a break." "But I don't..." Wakana let out a yawn. Marin pressed her finger to his chest with an incredibly serious face. "Rest. Now."
The young man sighed. "Okay." He stood up and made his way to his bed. He lied down on it, while Marin joined him. The couple looked into each other's eyes, exchanging soft smiles.
"Thank you, Marin", said Wakana. "For caring about me." "Why wouldn't I silly", giggled Marin. Her boyfriend chuckled a bit as well. She leaned in and gave him a peck on the lips. "Now go to sleep. You've earned it."
Wakana's eyes slowly closed, and his body went limp as he fell asleep. His lover could only stare, as she questioned herself about what she did to be with the man before her.

Wakana walked into the living room, seeing his grandfather making breakfast. "Morning Wakana!" "Morning Grandpa." The elderly man smiled at his grandson. "I'd ask if you slept well, but it would seem I already know the answer." Wakana chuckled and ate his breakfast.
There was a knock at the door. "I'll get it", said Kaoru. He walked out the room, leaving Wakana with his breakfast. He then heard the sound and f footsteps approaching him. "Wakana!"
Marin hugged her boyfriend, making him drop his fork on his plate. "So, did you get enough rest like I told you to?" Wakana nodded. "Great!", beamed Marin before turning serious and poking the young man's nose. "Don't even think about working today. You are taking a break, and that's final." Wakana nodded nervously. His girlfriend smiled and hugged him, even placing a kiss on his cheek, which made him blush.
"Since it's the weekend now, why don't we both relax together! There's this new meal down by the cafe I always wanted to try." "Just let me finish up, then we can go", said Wakana.
Kaoru smiled at the couple. They acted as if they were married, which would be a great thing for his grandson. "You've found yourself the perfect girl, Wakana", thought the old man.
