"This is embarrassing", grumbled Shiho. He was sitting on the floor with the rest of his friends in a circle. "Why are we doing this again." "Guren was making a joke about us having to act our age", explained Yuu. "Of course, Mitsuba took it literally, so here we are."
"Aw, don't tell me the great Yuu Hyakuya thinks he's a big grown man?", teased Shinobu. Yuu rolled his eyes. "Alright! Are we all here?", asked Mitsuba. "Would it matter? You'd literally just bring us here by force", grumbled Shiho. "I actually came here by my own free will", said Yoichi.
"Alright! Let's start! What better game to play than Truth or Dare!", said Mitsuba. Yoichi froze in fear. Shiho groaned in annoyance. Yuu was confused. Shinoa looked at him teasingly. "Am I supposed to know what that is?", asked the black haired male. "Someone will ask you truth or dare, and you have to pick one", explained Mitsuba. "If you pick truth, you have to answer honestly to a question we ask. And if you pick dare, you have to do what we tell you. Sounds interesting, doesn't it?", said Shinoa, grinning at Yuu. He froze, a look of fear on his face. "What's wrong? Scared?" Yuu shook his head. "I'll take whatever you can throw at me."
"Then let's go! Yoichi! Truth or dare?!", Mitsuba exclaimed. "Oh, um, truth." "Do you like anyone?", asked Mitsuba. The young man scratched his cheek nervously. "N-not at the moment, no." "That was a boring question. Try something more interesting", said Shinoa. Mitsuba glared at her. "Fine. Yoichi, it's your turn now, so pick someone."
Yoichi looked around, before settling for Yuu. "U-um, Yuu, truth or dare?" "Since I'm not a wimp, dare." Shinoa smirked and nudged his arm. "I dare you..." Yoichi began, trying to think of what to say. "To speak in a British accent until someone chooses you again." Yuu's eyes widened, while everyone laughed. "You heard him. Can't turn down a dare, remember?", said Shinoa. Yuu grumbled, reluctant to do as Yoichi requested. "Look on the bright side: you might just have a sexy accent", said Shinoa in a flirtatious tone.
Yuu raised an eyebrow, then smirked. "Alright then, love", he said in a British accent. Everyone burst out in laughter, ones that were more mocking while Shinoa's laugh was more sweet. "Good then, now who's going next?", said Yuu, not breaking character one bit. "Oi Telephone Pole, truth or dare?" "Truth, since it saves me from doing something stupid like your accent", said Shiho. "Why do you like singing that one song?" "What song?" "I think it goes kiss kiss fall in love, or something like that."
Shiho froze as everyone looked at him suspiciously. "So I like that song, big deal!" "But why though?", asked Shinoa. "It's catchy!" Everyone laughed while Shiho just grumbled with a blush on his cheeks. "Whatever. Truth or dare, Shinoa?" "Truth." "Why do you have an oversized shirt?" Yuu's eyes widened, then fell onto the purple haired girl. "It makes me look cute", she answered, putting her finger to her chin and acting bashful. Her attitude changed however after diverting her attention to Mitsuba. "Truth or dare?" "Dare! I mean, truth!", Mitsuba said, realizing her mistake.
"Too late. You chose dare", said Shinoa with an evil grin. "I dare you... to tie your two pigtails up together by the tips. And should be above your head." "No! I'll look stupid!" "A dare is a dare." Mitsuba grumbled, and walked over to her dresser, taking out another scrunchy. She took her two pigtails and did as Shinoa told her to. Everyone tried to hold back their laughter.
The rest of the game continued with laughs and jokes, as well as people avoiding Yuu just so he could keep up his ridiculous British accent.
"Alright. Yuu", said Shiho, finally ridding the black haired young man of his voice. "Truth or dare?" "I choose dare. Hit me with your best shot." Shinoa just chuckled, until her face dropped after hearing what Shiho said.
"I dare you to kiss Shinoa."
Everyone looked on at shock, then in excitement. Shinoa was completely flustered, having no idea what to do in this situation. "A dare is a dare", said Yuu while shrugging, then leaning in to place a gentle kiss onto the purple haired girl's lips. She froze at the contact, processing just what exactly was going on. After Yuu pulled away, Shinoa still did not move a muscle.
"It's getting late. We should be heading back to our rooms", said Yoichi. Everyone agreed with him, and Shinoa finally came out of her trance. She followed the three boys out of Mitsuba's room, where she glared at Shiho. "What? If anything, I was helping you two lovebirds out", he said.
Shinoa and Yuu froze. "You two are so obvious", said Shiho as he walked on ahead. The couple looked at each other. "So much for keeping things secret." "It's only Shiho. It's not like everyone in the world knows", said Shinoa. Yuu smirked and moved closer to his girlfriend. "So, you have my shirt?" "Like I said, it makes me look cute." Yuu chuckled and kissed Shinoa's cheek. "I'm sure it does. You should let me see sometime." The girl giggled. "I'll keep that in mind."
The two lovers shared a kiss. "Night Shinoa." "Night Yuu." They both parted ways with happy smiles on their faces.
