Tartarus: 'Chaotic spread'

Shigaraki: "so here it is...finally" looking over from the distance...seeing tartarus prison...
Toga: "so what's the plan here shiggy?" 
Shigaraki: "it's quite the simple one...once the NOMUs have breach the first gate they will have to overrun the area...once we've done that Gigantomachia will create a distraction by wrecking havoc in the city...destroying everything in his sight...once that is in place...we make our way to whatever floor sensei is being kepted in...we get him..and get out...simple as that" 
Spinner: "what about the others who have been captured" 
Shigaraki: "what about therm?" 
Spinner: "Mr compress...Mustard...Kurogiri...Stain...they would still be great assets to the cause right?" 
Shigaraki: "such means are of no importance to me...but if you really wish to free them...leave stain behind..he is no longer part of it...he may even try to sabotage our plans if he saw how Midoriyas state is during the Yakuza raid..." 
Spinner: "noted" 
Dabi: "anything else that should be addressed?" 
Shigaraki: "I'm watching you...to make sure you won't do anything...reckless" 
Dabi: "fair enough" 
Shigaraki: "now then...let the chaos...be free" pressing a button now...and in the lab all of the NOMUs testing chambers have turned off...deactivating the REM sleep machine...
Ujiko: "it's time i depart" as he exits the lab the noises and roars from the test chambers is heard...and suddenly glass breaking as it grew louder and louder...all the NOMUs have been set free...
Shigaraki: "they will attack the prison...in time it will be a flame bigger than anything the world will see...they can count on it" still staying right around the perimeters of the prison the message has been sent to him saying the NOMUs have been free...and then..an emergency notification on their phones...saying they need to vacant the area or stay insides...from a mass villain attack 
Shigaraki: "good good" 

TV: "this is an emergency broadcast....all civilians in the designated areas...must evacuate immediately...reports of large villain attacks have been reported in the highlighted area...stay inside...lock your doors...the police has issued and have allowed for using your quirk in defense or firearm to defend your person...do not go outside....the bogeyman...has arrived" and it turns off 
Mina: "oh no" 
Momo: "oh god" seeing the havoc occuring in the city...the mall..was in ruins...downtown...NOMUs have infested he area...then the door opens 
Nezu: "Alright Listen up" as they all line up to hear what he has to say 
Nezu: "due to the emergency situation you will all go change into your hero costumes...and you will assist in evacuating the civilians that are in the designated areas infested with NOMUs...there are multiple pro heroes already on the scene dealing with them...which should give you the opportunity to get the people to safety...you will NOT go and assist the pro heroes in the battle for any means necessary...am i clear?" 
Izumi: "oh god...we...we're just going to let them face them alone!?" 
Nezu: "Do not test me miss Yagi...do as you are told..otherwise some major punishment will be required" and he leaves now..
Shoka: "that means...Izuku" 
Shoto: "we need to stop him" 
Bakugo: "that fucking nerd has done enough damage already...it needs to end now!" 
Momo: "Shut up...we do as we are told" 
lida: "none of this will happen...now lets stop rambling and go help those in need!" and they all agreed to that...all except for Mina is the last one in the class room...pulling out her phone 
Shigaraki: "what's their plan?" 
Mina: "they're going to be sending out children to fight their war" and he was heard laughing...
Shigaraki: "oh that's priceless...keep doing what you are doing" 
MIna: "what of Midoriya..what was his last known location?" 
Shigaraki: "he's far from the area...i'm sure he's going to be paying us a visit..." 
Mina: "I see...well...see ya" and she hangs up the phone...now heading out with the others to go change...unbeknownst to her...Jirou Overheard the whole thing...
Jirou: "I knew it!" muttering to herself...she knew something was off about Mina since the day they rescued her from Kamino ward...she has to report this to the teacher...if she can

Nejire: "hurry!...come on!" as she destroys another piece of debris that was blocking in civilians...more of the NOMUs started to draw their attention towards the big three 
Mirio: "Oh great" now seeing them charging at them...Nejire charges up her energy and fires a beam of energy to knock them away...as Tamaki charges forward to then grab one of them with his crab claw and slam it into the ground...with Mirio now finishing it off with an uppercut to the head dismembering it...
Nejire: "come on go go go" seeing the civilians exitting the area 
Mirio: "how things can turn from 0 to 100 in an instant" as he finished his sentence...the ground broke open again...to reveal 
Nejire: "OH NO!!" 
Yuyu: "NOT AGAIN!!!" seeing the HAG Variant grab Tamaki who then was trying his best to avoid getting eaten...Nejire fires a beam at it to let him go...and it crawls back into the ground again with this shit...Nejire stops the civilians from moving
Nejire: "I need you to be quiet...calm down..breath....don't...move" as they nodded and tried their best to keep silent...Tamaki again does the same strategy from before and throws a rock at the otherside...seeing the HAG pop out...and Yuyu uses her quirk to kill it instantly 
Yuyu: "Lets hurry up..who knows how many of them are out there!" and they got the civilians out...
Mirio: "god...this was just a peaceful day..now it turned into this" looking at downtown...it was in flames...ruins...all the stores have already been broken into and wrecked...by the NOMUs charging in non-stop
Nejire: "you think he's?" 
Yuyu: "Haven't seen him yet...but i'm well sure he's going to pop out somewhere" meaning they don't know where Izuku is 
Mirio: "hold on!" as they receive a message from Ryukyu 
Nejire: "Ryu...what's going on?!" 
Ryukyu: "You need to come at Tartarus!...the villains..they just came out of nowhere....they managed to break into the prison...Hurry up and get here!" and she felt her breath stop for a moment 
Mirio: "oh no" 
Yuyu: "Damn it...lets go!" 
Nejire: "We're on our way!....we'll be there pronto!" as they hurry and saw more pro heroes came in to assess the situation...the police doing whatever they can on combating the NOMUs...everything was about to change in that very moment...the ground shook for a bit....and again...make them stop in their tracks 
Nejire: "what the?" as the others do the same...see in the distance..a car being tossed at them 
Yuyu: "LOOK OUT!!" along with Mirio to push the two out of the way another car hits the building right behind them creating another wave of debris rushing out into the streets...the dust rising once more....
"be advise a Large quantity of NOMUs has been detected...proceed with caution" 
Mirio: "great...what's next...titans?" then out of the blue NOMUs  started bursting out of the building windows...as if..it was arranged like an ambush
Yuyu "here we go!" and now she focuses her energy 
Mirio: "NEJ!!" taking out  a rod and throws it to her...catching it now
Nejire: "lets show them who they're messing with" as she now tries her new technique 
Flashback 
Nejire: "so...you think i would be able to channel my energy into this...lightsaber, spear, thingy?" looking at the local crazy Support gear student Mei Hatsume 
Mei: "ooh la la...yes this baby right here will be your best friend...i've been making some tweaks here and there...and yes..put your hand here and then use your quirk...it should create a blade...of pure awesomeness!" excited talking about it 
Nejire: "okay!" as she grabs the part highlighted for her to grab...she now channels her energy into it...seeing her hand glow for a bit....
Mirio: "oh" as Eri and the others also observe and soon...*Phoosh!* she flinch from the sudden noise to be honest...and she was in awe...of the energy blade or whatever Hatsume called it...
Mei: "YES!!" cheering outloud as Nejire then carefully grips it with both hands...she swinged it for a bit and a gauge is seen draining...
Nejire: "what's this?" 
Mei: "Oh!...if you ever let go of the receiver it can still retain some of that energy, but only for a short period of time..." 
Mirio: "uh...why would you need something like that Nej?...can't you already make it from hand alone?" 
Nejire: "yeah...but it consumes a large amount of energy and i could get tired very easily from just one strike with it...like...back at the compound
Mirio: "I can see that...well i hope it can be very beneficial for you" 
Eri: "you look cool mama!" having stars in her eyes...in awe of Nejires weapon and even the hero costume she would wear..imagining it when she's out in the field
Nejire: "aww thank you snowball..but i'm not as cool as you!" smiling  hearing her giggle
flashback ends 
now channeling her energy into the receiver the energy 'blade' comes out from the rod and she swings it...which to her surprise cuts the NOMU in half...then she lets go and strikes upward...cutting it in half vertically...now more drawed their attention towards her..and went for it...
Mirio of course along with Tamaki attack the other two NOMUs while Yuyu is seen uppercutting one and it knocks it back to then use her quirk to kill it...the next one was trying to scurry away...but with some training...Nejire then spins the rod...and throws it...in the distance a screech is heard 
Yuyu: "nice" fistbumping her 
Mirio: "now let's hurry to Tartarus!" and they continue on

Izumi: "come on!...evacuate the area!" using her quirk to lift up the debris to clear the way for them...while Shoka freezes it in place to ensure a route is created...Bakugo and Katsumi blowed up the other debris that are in the way...but one thing caught them off guard...the announcement in the radio saying multiple NOMUS have been spotted in the distance....of course out of instinct they head towards the area it's been reported in...
Izumi: "come on!" 
Katsumi: "HELL YEAH!" 
Bakugo: "THOSE FUCKERS ARE TOAST!!" and they follow her...and to only be met with disappointment..seeing the NOMUs cut in half and dispatched easily..
Izumi: "woah" as she looks at one of them...cut in half from a rod that passed by it...as Nejire picks it back up she looks to the side and looks at her then scoffs and continues on her way 
Izumi: "wait..NEJIRE!!" trying to stop her but she was stopped by Tamaki 
Tamaki: "go save people and do what your told" 
Izumi: "what's going on?...why are you guys going the other way!?...don't you know ....wait...your heading for Tartarus aren't you?!" Tamaki remained silent 
Izumi: "ARE YOU!?" 
Tamaki: "stay away..we're ordered to head towards that area..." and he continues on
Izumi: "wait...dad" knowing her father was on his way to Tartarus...hoping to have another session to try an obtain more information from AFO...but if it's being attacked...she needs to get to him! 
Izumi: "guys my dad was on his way to tartarus no...no no no we...we have to save him!" starting to hyperventilate...Katsumi jumps ahead and tries to calm her down 
Katsumi: "Listen Izumi...listen to me...we're gonna get him...okay?...fuck the big three right now the people are safe for now...the other pro heroes are on the scene...let's get him..." 
Izumi: "right....right..." 
Shoto: "we'll see if anyone else is trapped..." 
Shoka: "I'll go with them" 
Shoto: "very well...but please..be careful" 
Katsumi: "come on let's go save your pops" 
Bakugo: "Izumi...watch her...i don't fucking want to attend her Eulogy" 
Izumi: "r-r-right" now heading off...Bakugo still stared at where they left 
Shoto: "what's up?" 
Bakugo: "i don't fucking know...i have a horrible feeling about this...and it's not sitting right with me" 
Shoto: "well i'm sure they'll be fine" 
Bakugo: "I think..once we're done with all of this bullshit..i'm leaving" 
Shoto: "you sure you want to do that?" 
Bakugo: "with what has happened in the past....month...the compound raid that as kept a secret to us...the others know what type of scum we are...and worst of it...is i'm sure if i die now...My parents won't care if i'm dead" 
Shoto: "don't forget about Midoriya" 
Bakugo: "don't remind me...i'd rather die...than to acknowledge the thing we created" 
???: "How about now?!" and soon they were shocked from a sudden chain that burst through Bakugos stomach region and he gasped...as Shoto turns around to see the chain extending out from his hand 
Shoto: "Izuku" looking at the very monster in front of him...seeing him detach the chain and he smiles Manically
