Alt end: what should've been

She had imagined what sort of change if she had done something earlier
Izuku: "Now...die Izumi" holding the hammer over her chest ready to impale her Izumi couldn't muster words nor make a sound to try and plea with him to stop his madness. his rage and desire for the world to end. then she saw it she saw what would've been a world should she changed everything about her and once the tip of that pommel punctured her chest it flashed white 

Seeing herself back again young 
Katsumi: "Come on and give up Deku!" seeing her 'friends' beating him up once more when they were kids. seeing her brother there crying in pain the day they've decided to try and 'deter' him from  his dreams of being a hero 
Izuku: "Izumi...please!" reaching out for her as she stood there 
Katsuki: "LIKE HELL SHE WOULD DO ANYTHING TO HELP A WORTHLESS INSECT LIKE YOU DEKU!!" and with that she saw him let a blast go on his chest. this time...this time she would do something using her quirk to lift them up 
Katsuki: "huh?" 
Katsumi: "what the zoom?" but she flings them back Izuku was nervous looking up at his sister with a blank expression on her face. instead of the usual beating. no she smiles at him 
Izumi: "I won't do it!" helping him up 
Katsuki: "what the?" 
Izumi: "I WON'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH IT!!!" shouting at them seeing the todoroki twins there now wandering what the commotion was 
Izumi: "I thought it would be a good idea...But if hurting him to a point of scarring him is the solution. THEN I'D RATHER DIE THEN HURT HIM!!" 
Shoto:"but he can't" 
Shoka: "What would happen if...if he does become one!" 
Izumi: "My brother far exceeds our own expectations...even himself...And I believe in him I believe!" once she said this the light in Izukus eyes returned. and he cried out when she said 
Izumi: "HE CAN BE A GREATER THAN EITHER OF US COMBINED!!" which was all it took for him to breakdown. thinking he was all alone in this world, but at least there's one person to believe in him 

years have passed since that incident Izumis choice changed the course of history Izuku despite  still being relentlessly bullied and harrassed by both her 'friends' and the public she shunned both of the twins  from her life. she tried helping him with his confidence and his ideals. most of it was just him battling conflict about himself. the way he views himself and the way the world sees him. She would say 'Fuck the world what you do is what matters the most!' and he obviously listened. she was seeing what the true potential he had all along from his abnormal strength to his extreme durability. even her dad was surprised at his strength and abilities alone thinking it was a quirk taking him back to be examined at U.A he was of course excited seeing the hero school he wanted to be a part of. meeting the heroes as they knew his father before hand to the teachers then the visiting heroes. hearing about his quirkless status garnered him pity, but he pushed pasted it and for once in his life went for internship since he was too old already for entering U.A Izumi continued to support him despite the world pushing him down, but like it was fate he met Nejire and the others. she saw him grow from then on to becoming the underdog of the hero world a intern with the strength of a 'dragon' that would throw himself into danger to protect others. everything in her timeline happened already from USJ to the sports festival the only difference was Izuku support Izumi in return helping her push past her limits inheriting One For All. The only lie she kept for herself, then Hosu city came and he would protect lida from a fatal blow from Stain, but then he decided to say something that would change your view right away 
Stain: "The heroes are corrupt you know that right kid?" facing off against Izuku who wields a hammer wearing armor similar to his fathers 
Izuku: "sadly" 
Stain: "Your father was the greatest hero that could stand beside All Might himself" 
Izuku: "So i've heard" 
Stain: "you have a heart of gold kid...don't let them take that away from you" then he would save Izumi from her attempted kidnapping, she blinked and saw him again

this time standing next to her father for her finals even when she had failed with Bakugo to which the twins look at her is disdain for 'betraying' the plan they had developed. they still think he's not strong enough to be a hero. with all the villain attacks and rise of criminal rates it was too much for her. She broke down 
Izumi: "*sob*" no one was there as she couldn't get her former friends words out of her mind 
'you will be the reason he's killed' 
'he'll never amount to a real hero' 
'He's just a deku with no value to life' crying for her brother. afraid to lose him again to the darkness that always shrouded him 
Izuku: "hey you ok?" sitting down next to her she stayed silent through it all, but he responded by putting a hand on her hair she flinched from the sudden contact thinking again to all of the times he did that motion when they were enemies, but this was gentle he pulls her close patting her
Izuku: "Don't let those words get to you Zoom" She looks up at him 
Izuku: "They were meant for me not you It does nothing to deter me from my goals and neither should it block yours" smiling at her she just goes up to hug him 
Izumi: "I'm sorry I'm sorry for that awful 'plan' we thought up so long ago!" bawling out admitting this to him. he was silent, but he gave no answer meaning that moment will forever hold weight in his mind.
