The Mehendi ceremony had already begun and all the ladies had gathered in the Deshmukh House to get their Mehendi done. As usual Pinni had some or the other problem and today her problem was that her Mehendi artist had worn a black dress.
"Aisa shubh din par bhi yeh ladki black pehen ke aaya hai." Pinni complained to Amma.
"Akka, please iss baat pe koi problem mat khada kariye." Amma said joining her hands.
"Tumko humesha mein hi galat lagta hai." Pinni whined and Amma ignored her and went to check on the other members of family.
"Pallavi, yeh Raghav ka Atta hai." Amma introduced Raghav's Atta (bua) to Pallavi.
"Namaskaram." Pallavi said and Atta smiled at her.
"Hello, beta." Atta said caressing her cheeks.
"Tum bhi Mehendi lagwao." Amma said.
"Haan." Atta said and sat down besides Pallavi. "Mein yaha baithu toh tumhe koi problem nahi hai na beta?"
"Bilkul nahi." Pallavi replied to which Atta gave a smile.
"Hi Pallu!!" Devyani called out excited but, saw Atta and calmed down a bit greeting her, "Hii Aunty!!"
"Hii beta!!"
"Mein jara do minute ise lekar jaau?" Devyani asked.
"Haan Haan."
"Kya hua? Aise baaju mein kyu bulaya? Woh bhi Atta ke saamne, kya sochengi woh?" Pallavi scolded.
"Unki chod. Meri baat sunn, tere uss Kabir Singh se baat karle. Call pe hai woh." Devyani said handing the phone to Pallavi.
"Hello, Raghav!!" Pallavi said and Raghav smiled from across the phone.
"Hello!!!"
"Tumne abhi phone kyu kiya hai? Meri mehendi lag rahi thi."
"Mereko tumko dekhna tha isliye." Raghav said scratching his neck.
"Raghav, humne subah hi video call kiya tha."
"Haan par, mereko tumhara Mehendi outfit dekhne ka tha."
"Wedding Album mein dekh lena. Abhi mere paas time nahi hai. Mehendi lagwani hai mujhe, isliye Byee!!" Pallavi said and was about to go but, Raghav stopped her.
"Pallavi, please ek baar camera dur rakh ke dikha do na tum kaisa dikh raha hai."
"Bilkul nahi."
"Fine then, I have my ways." Raghav said and hanged up.
"Tujhe iska phone uthane ki kya jaroorat thi?" Pallavi asked angrily to Devyani.
"Yeh mujhe blackmail kar raha tha ki agar meine tujhse baat nahi karwayi toh yeh meri woh prank waali video sabko dikha dega."
"Pagal ho tum dono."

"Pati ka naam kya likhna hai?" The Mehendi artist asked.
"RR." Pallavi said.
"Sirf initials likhne hai?"
"Haan aur iss ring ke neeche likhna taaki woh ring se cover ho jaaye."
"Okay." The Mehendi artist said and tried taking off the ring.
"Aap ring kyu nikal rahi hai?"
"Ma'am aapne hi kaha na ki ring ke neeche chupana hai toh iske liye ring toh nikalni padegi na."
