Alear walked to Byleth's room and gently knocked on the door. There was no response from the door. She took a deep breath and knocked again. Yet there was nothing from the room.

"Can someone unlock Byleth's door?" Alear asked. Sonic walked up the stairs and opened the door to Byleth's room. Right when they opened they realized the entire room was empty.

Sonic questioned, "Where... Where did he go?" Alear walked into the room and saw how messy it was. Byleth didn't like messes but something happened to him. Alear checked her communicator but... Byleth appeared to be somewhere northwest.

Alear said, "Look, Byleth is okay but he's... northwest where Elusia is..."

"Yeah... how very strange," Sonic replied as he checked his communicator. Soon Chrom came walking upstairs.

Chrom announced, "Bad news, Alcryst was also reported missing."

"We didn't get a chance to give him a communicator! Ugh this isn't good..." Alear muttered. She looked around his room and looked back at Chrom. "We need to search for them in order to see if they're okay."

Sonic sighed, "You guys must be extra careful. We do not want to see another Mario situation happen again."

"We will, we promise," Chrom replied as he hugged Sonic. Then the two went to pack. Shez heard the whole thing and went back as well. He cared for Byleth's safety and Alcryst was a new member. He wasn't ready to lose two people at once.

Shez muttered, "Alcryst helped me in the court, Byleth is my wonderful boyfriend... but why is he Northwest? Is Alcryst with him?" He took a deep breath and put more stuff into his bag. He looked around his room and got up. Soon Alear and Chrom met up with each other and noticed Shez.

Chrom questioned, "Shez? What brings you around here?"

"I... I want to go with you two, to make sure Alcryst and Byleth are okay," Shez explained.

Alear sighed, "Alright, we'll let you come. Just be careful and you'll do just fine. Don't you worry about anything." Shez nodded as the three left the building. It was still a cold day but it was warmer than before.

Chrom sighed, "Let's head up to Elusia. Maybe we can get some details there and have the possibility of finding either Byleth or Alcryst. I just pray Alcryst is alive."

"Yeah, since he doesn't have a communicator it's almost impossible to tell if he's alive or not. We can only text him and pray that he responds," Shez replied with sorrow. The heroes nodded in agreement as Chrom looked over toward the road ahead.

Chrom sighed, "Let me text Claude that I won't be back for a good while. Just so he's aware that I'm not in the Town at the moment."

"Good idea, Claude cares about you very much and wants to make sure you are safe," Alear said with a smile. Chrom texted Claude and put his phone away. "Are we all set to go?"

Chrom sighed, "I believe so, how about you Shez? Are you prepared?" Shez took a deep breath and nodded in agreement. "Looks like everyone is ready and set to go now."

Alear said with a smile, "That's good to hear. Let's get going everyone!" The group smiled as they walked down the path. Meanwhile, Byleth was sharpening his blade on the edge of Elusia. He was making sure he could find a way to badly hurt Alcryst the next time he came hunting down for him.

"I need to get rid of him... if I can't get the guts to murder him... I have no choice but to find a way to injure him and make sure he never comes after me again..." Byleth muttered as he continued sharpening his blade. He sat on the ground, patiently waiting for the snow to pass by.

He took a deep breath and opened up his communicator. He had the location of Alcryst in his possession. He had put the communicator on him before he passed out but only he could see his details. He kept a close eye on the communicator making sure he was still in Elusia castle.

"Hmph, I want to make sure the next time he attacks me is the last time he ever comes near me..." Byleth muttered. He took a deep breath and then got up, taking his sword out and smiling at it. "Now that my work here in Elusia is done... I will be heading out to Sumeru.

Then after I get my hands on the book I will be unstoppable! Not even the heroes will be able to defeat me!" Suddenly he saw a mirror appear right beside him.

The mirror sighed, "I have to tell you one more thing Byleth." Byleth walked over to the mirror and was in awe.

"What's that you need to tell me?"

"About the last item to perfection...

The crown of Zerus."
