"Byleth! Byleth..." Rafal yelled before spotting Byleth holding a book in his hand. That book in his hands wasn't the book of the scriptor... So what could it be? "Byleth?"
Byleth looked over and closed the book. "What do you need from me?" Rafal stood there quietly as he stared down at the book Byleth had in his hands.
"I... I saw you with a different book and now you got me curious," Rafal explained. Byleth looked down at his book and then back at Rafal. He smiled and showed him the cover of the book.
Byleth explained, "This book is about the tale of the Snow Frost planet known as Shabia. This planet is entirely filled with snow, barely any places where there's heat. It's a very unique place due to the many structures it has, but it's very hard for the public to access."
"Shabia, that's one of the neighboring planets isn't it?" Rafal questioned. Byleth nodded as he continued pointing out the small details about the planet.
Byleth explained, "This planet in particular isn't ruled by a god or goddess by any means, but rather a huge authority known as the Shabia ruler. Right now, that ruler is the Queen. But it does alter every many years, the ruler rules for as long as they can before retirement or their death. Afterwards, their child will take the throne and so on."
"Interesting, I have never seen a whole planet ruled by just one authority figure," Rafal responded. Byleth nodded as he turned the page. "What the hell is this page about?"
Byleth explained, "This page is about the story as to how Shabia became known as the Frost Planet. This story explains that thousands of years ago, there was a great blizzard that came across the entire planet. This blizzard lasted for days to months, to even years. After the blizzard finished all that was left was the snow.
There was no god figure and the people desperately needed someone to command them. So they found a lost little girl and deemed her the Queen of Shabia. Ever since then, the little girl carried a legacy for years to come. The people that live in Shabia are used to the extreme cold temperatures. It's like the arctic here but a lot stronger."
"What an interesting find Byleth, I have never seen something like this, it's super peculiar," Rafal said. Byleth nodded as he closed the book.
Byleth said with a smile, "Take a look inside if you're curious about more of this planet. But right now I have something very special to discuss with you." Rafal nodded as the two entered the main hallway. It was empty and the only thing you could hear was the footsteps of the two.
They continued walking down the hallway as Byleth paused and turned toward Rafal. "What is that you need to discuss with me? You said it was special and that I need to listen so..." Byleth dusted himself off and then cast a spell on the ground. They looked at the ground and saw a strange pattern on the ground.
Byleth explained, "This is the circle of virtue, this is supposedly something that keeps balance here in order. The mortals are unable to do anything with this but I am able to..."
"Wait huh? You're a mortal yourself?" Byleth looked at Rafal and then back down at himself.
Byleth mumbled, "I'm not a mortal..."
"What was that?!"
"I'M NOT A MORTAL RAFAL! I AM JUST NOTHING MORE BUT A GOD TRYING TO POSSESS THE BODY OF THIS WORTHLESS BEING!" Byleth screamed. Rafal stood there staring at him in disbelief. Byleth stepped backward and back down at the circle. "You see, my ultimate goal is to make sure I succeed at bringing Dawn into ruins..."
Rafal asked, "What the hell are you doing?! Wasn't the entire ordeal with the crown trying to get power?! So go ahead and do something with this power!?"
"That isn't how this works, you see if I use the power in the crown... How could I seal away the heroes? I have to make sure I capture them before I use the power within the scroll, book and crown," Byleth described.
Rafal groaned, "Then what are we doing here stalling for?! We need to get to the heroes and capture them in some form!"
"Easy there Rafal, we'll get there soon..." Byleth said as he put his hand up. Rafal looked at him and then slowly nodded. Byleth then put his hand above the circle, smiling down at the circle. "Go grab Mario's corpse, this is an order." Rafal nodded as he walked off. Byleth looked at the circle and smiled.
Byleth giggled, "After what you pesky heroes have done to my body... this is my revenge. I will make sure that you all bow down to me and you all get LOCKED! There's no fun and games now, only CONQUER!!" He then walked on the top of the circle and then slammed his hands in the middle of it. Suddenly a rush of dark energy surrounded him.
Rafal returned holding the bag that had Mario's corpse and saw Byleth performing something. "What the hell are you doing?!"
"GETTING STRONGER OF COURSE!! YOU KNOW WHAT THE HEROES ARE DEALING WITH?! ME!!! THEIR LORD ZETHUS!!!" Byleth laughed. Rafal walked back slightly and stared at Byleth. He had his hands on the ground as more and more energy rushed through his body.
Rafal muttered, "Zethus... that's the demigod the heroes killed... but why is it Zethus and not the two of them?" Byleth looked over to Rafal and smiled. He got up and then walked over to him. The circle still had energy swarming through it. Byleth then grabbed him tightly on the shirt. "What the-"
Byleth giggled, "I think you'll be worthy... something I'd like to call... welcome home..."
"GET THE HELL OF ME!! I'M WORKING WITH YOU?! ISN'T THAT ENOUGH?!" Rafal shouted. Byleth didn't say anything. Soon he grabbed Rafal tightly and then threw him into the circle. Then Byleth casted yet another spell on him.
Byleth laughed, "Soon enough YOU WILL BE BRINGING BACK MY OWN FATHER IN THE PROCESS! YOU'RE JUST THE PERFECT VESSEL FOR HIM!!" Then he sealed the spell on Rafal. He jumped back and looked down at the bag. He ripped it open and found Mario's corpse in there. Byleth started to smile wildly.
He grabbed a knife and started digging into his body. Trying to locate something within Mario's corpse. He kept on digging and digging until he found it, it was his heart. He picked it up and stood up, turning his way to the circle. He walked over slowly as he then paused directly in front of it.
"For you Zehira... you will take Rafal's body and then... WE CAN DOMINATE THE WORLD ONCE MORE!!" Byleth laughed. Then he threw the heart into the circle. Then he looked down at Mario's body, walking back to it slowly. "But we can also always use another sacrifice too..." He walked over to the circle while carrying Mario's body.
He stood there in front of the circle and then smiled. Then he took a deep breath and got ready. Then... he threw Mario's corpse inside the circle. The entire castle then bursted into light.
