Byleth looked around himself and saw the lifeless corpses of the bandits. He took a deep breath and started cleaning them up slowly. Making sure nobody was watching him. Soon he took off his coat and washed it in the water.

"Hmph, they really thought they could stop someone like me? They're very... very... wrong, how unfortunate it had to come to this..." Byleth sighed as he washed his coat. Carefully taking care of it and making sure the blood came off.

He heard the sounds of footsteps coming over. He searched the area but didn't see anyone. He quickly dried his coat, put it on and left the area as soon as possible. He walked a long journey and almost made it into Sumeru when he was suddenly stopped by a group of people.

Byleth groaned, "This again eh? You know, I'm trying to get to this book on my own but apparently you people don't know when to QUIT!?"

"YOU MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY WE FORBID YOU TO PASS ANYWHERE FURTHER INTO THE GREAT RED SAND!" One of the members shouted. Byleth did a quick yawn and quickly got to work. He slashed through them as they were all killed except for one who was able to get out of the way in time.

Byleth sighed, "Tough crew aren't you?"

"You're literally a hero yet you're going out of your way to hurt others?!" The person asked. Byleth swung his sword around and nodded. Just like that, swirls filled his eyes as he got ready to attack the person. The person got ready as the two fought with each other. Byleth kept using all his force against the person but they had capabilities to withstand Byleth.

Byleth grunted, "For a mortal you're pretty damn powerful! What a reward!" The person stared at them as they put away their weapons. Byleth smiled at them and tried whipping them. In the process they were able to jump back.

"TAKE THIS!" The person kicked Byleth onto the ground. Byleth looked up ahead and tried to block their attack but he fell backward and fell onto the ground. He looked up in agony and took a deep breath.

Byleth sighed, "Fine, I guess I have no choice but to give it my all and KILL YOU!!" He dashed ahead and whipped the person onto the ground. He took out his dagger and jumped into the air. Byleth then stabbed his dagger into the person.

"G-GAH!" They grunted as they looked at Byleth. Byleth looked at them with insanity and grabbed his dagger out. Then he started repeatedly stabbing them with his dagger. "NO- AGH!"

"AHAHAHAHA!" Byleth laughed as blood continued to spill onto him. He continued stabbing until he was covered in blood as the person was very much dead. Byleth took a deep breath and tried to understand the whole situation all together.

Meanwhile, the heroes just finished their conversation with Zhongli. They learned that he did know of the book but very little information about it besides the fact it was located in Sumeru.

Alear sighed, "Zhongli only knows so much but we better head to Sumeru and fast. I'm afraid if we don't act quick enough we won't be able to make it in time..."

"Good idea, we have to hurry," Chrom replied. The others nodded as they soon got ready to dash off as Alcryst turned over to Ivy.

Alcryst thanked Ivy, saying, "I thank you for everything you have done to try to protect the scroll. Sorry we weren't able to do much."

Ivy sighed, "Don't you worry about a thing, I did the best I can." Alcryst nodded as he followed shortly after the heroes. They smiled at him as they continued dashing through the snow to get to Sumeru in time. However, they feared that they weren't going to be fast enough.

Shez asked, "Is there any possible way we will make it to Sumeru in time?" The group thought for a moment when they noticed some wyverns around the area. "There's wyverns! We can get there faster!"

Chrom asked, "Do any of you know how to ride one?" Shez raised his hand but the other two didn't know how to. "Luckily I know how to ride one thanks to Claude. Hop on and we'll get to Sumeru in no time." They nodded as they went on the wyverns and flew up into the air.

Alear sighed, "Dawn is so pretty up in the air... I should learn how to ride a wyvern in order to see more of this world at a much faster pace." The others smiled as they continued soaring through the skies.

Alcryst sighed, "We just need to be fast enough, I'm afraid if he gets his hands on the book he will be almost impossible to convince to return back to normal..."

"You're right, which only shows that we need to hurry up," Then they had the wyverns soar faster in the air.
