GUYS IT'S FINALLY A THING I'M MAKING THIS A THING

I'm sure you guys all had so much fun with the EPIC series, so I figured why not finally make good (reference somewhat intended) on my plans to do the same thing with another musical I've come to love? And thus, the Wicked series was born!

Now when I first thought of this series, I actually had a mini debate on who to assign the role of Glinda, with my other two contenders actually being Ayaka and Madoka, but in the end, I just kept coming right back to my original plan of assigning the role to Haruka! Why? Because I'm a shameless self inserter-

Kidding, it was actually a couple of reasons! For one, Haruka is someone who seeks approval from pretty much everyone, keeping her true thoughts to herself in order to seem more likable, and she also longs to be seen as "special." Also, I was in love with the color palette- XD

Now you might be wondering why I chose to have her reading from a book when Glinda couldn't read the Grimmerie. Well, I think it ties really well to the "acting" aspect of both of their characters (since I originally described her as a "perpetual actress," which is another reason I chose her!)

Side note, while her dress did take quite a bit of trial and error and I kept flip flopping between different silhouettes, I'm so proud of the way I did the ruffles!!! I was definitely inspired by Ariana's outfit in the beginning of the first movie for the skirt and her crown, and for the top I took some more "classic Broadway" inspiration and kinda made my own hybrid XD

Despite the trial and error process I had a lot of fun with this and I'm looking forward to the rest!

Anyways, the next installment will be Elphaba, so stay tuned!

See ya!
