The Hexed Phantasmara is a fusion between the Beldam from Coraline and Hachishakusama, a eight foot tall lady that stalks and feeds off of children's souls.

Description

In their normal form, Phantasmara looks like a normal human due to the Beldam's ability to shape shift into anyone as it was seen in the movie. However there are noticeable traits on them.
They possess Hachishakusama's white dress however there are a few features from the Beldam to it such as the back of the dress looking similar to a spider's back.
There can be barely visible cracks on their form but it will only be see if the person is staring directly at her skin very up close.

In their half form, which possesses their normal and true form traits, she'll appear more taller due to Hachishakusama's height as her limbs become more thinner and dangling. Her hair becomes more sharper due to the Beldam's hair style.
The body will become more like the Beldam's form when she is half of Coraline's mother and her true form. However, she'll look more identical to Hachishakusama.
Her eyes will become similar to a demonic looking eye and appear more rounder.

In their true form, the fusion possesses more of Beldam's true form traits.
Needle like spider legs and arms.
However, she will possess a more tattered white dress of Hachishakusama with a bit more European look to it assuming Beldam originated from Europe.
Her limbs become longer as well as she fully becomes eight feet tall
Her eyes become buttons as the skin becomes more doll like and it has some cracks to it.
Her hair becomes sharp and doesn't flow as much anymore.

Powers + How she lures victims + How to survive

Her powers are a mixture of Beldam's and Hachishakusama's powers.
Most notably the eerie presence this fusion brings.

Beldam's Powers - Pocket Dimension creating, Capable of controlling the elements in her Other World, illusions, future sight (In the beginning of the movie, it shows her making the doll of Coraline before she moved into the Pink Palace. When the doll was given to Coraline, the doll seemed to age and worn out a bit despite the opening scene where the doll was freshly made), seeing through dolls that she makes, soul extracting and of course Shape shifting

Hachishakusama's Powers - Able to kill or extract the soul with the victim looking outside in the next morning of the encounter, mimicking voices, possibly telepathy since she can appear and disappear as pleased and soul extraction.

And this fusion can get stronger  by feeding off the fear and negative emotions in the village and especially from the victim.
The more stronger those emotions are, the more effective her illusions are and the higher chances of her eating you.

How does she lure them?

First, she'll mainly use Beldam's tactics.
Gaining the trust and favor of the child.

First, she'll use how Hachi finds her victim which is by stalking in person. After finding their new victim, they'll retreat to the other world and create a doll of them to act as a spy.
There, she'll find the things the child wants and hates and will give what the child wants and make the things the child hate not appear or become more favorable in her pocket dimension.
After a while, she'll then summon an illusion of an animal the victim loves the most and lure them to a door that leads to her world.
There she'll be their Other Mother for a while.
However due to Hachi's pursuit of immediately killing the children and the Beldam's patience and planning will make her have sudden emotional changes from calm to aggressive.
