Fascist has a more ghost body since he was crushed, in which his soul cannot maintain its physical shape since most of his body was completely destroyed.
Also in this image, Fascist is trying to explain that he didn't betray the Axis and was kidnapped but the other two don't believe it and still view him as a traitor.
