Peter was still shaken by the announcement Bruce made before he left. God, why did he decide to drop that bomb on him just before he was leaving? In case something happened, sure. Nothing was going to happen to Y/n. It would have been just his luck if something had happened to her if he had been away, of course, but Y/n wouldn't have done that to him. Now, Peter felt even worse for leaving her behind, and he already felt bad. He needed this chat with his brothers – he preferred to call them that rather than variants – to hear what they had to say about all of this. Maybe they had some good advice for him or tips. Just listening was good too. He hasn't talked to Ned or MJ since it happened. He's not sure how to break all of this to Ned; he saw Y/n as a sister, and his heart would break if he heard what happened. That was if he still wanted to talk to her. And MJ would just start telling him 'I told you so' again. What would May even think? He left her with MJ without saying anything. Ned called him and he just fled without thinking twice. He should have seen it sooner, he could have done something about it, and it wouldn't have come this far.
Peter started thinking about what the other two Peters would think or say about all of this. Would they see her as a villain too? Even if Peter loved her? They spoke with Y/n before, she is not a bad person, certainly not a villain. Everyone was scared of her. She went a little too far. But that is no reason to hate her. Peter knows Tony is talking to her at this moment. All he can hope for is that he's not too harsh on Y/n. Maybe he should stay back. Stay with Y/n. No, no. Strange allowed this and he was not going to waste this opportunity. As much as he might have wanted to.
Peter already missed Y/n. He wanted to swing back to her room really quick and get a hug or a kiss. Just a quick peck, that is all he asked for. Doctor Strange was waiting for him and Peter refused to be late for something like this.

"I'm here! I'm here!" Peter called out. Stephen Strange smiled a little at the boy when he came in. He was right on time, just like Strange liked it. But he noticed something on Peter's face. "Kid, are you alright?" Stephen Strange asked him kindly. Spending more and more time together made Strange realize that Peter wasn't as annoying as he thought at first. Peter had his moments, sure, but Strange wasn't as annoyed by them as he used to be. "Yeah, yeah, fine." Peter didn't look fine, but he clearly didn't want to talk about that right now. Or he would blurt it out in the next three seconds. Strange waited a few seconds but Peter didn't continue. "Okay. Kid, I can't have you three spend a few months together. Time-wise. It's a few hours tops. Do you understand?" Peter nodded. "I understand. Few hours. Then we all go back to our own universes." He repeated what Strange had told him before. He repeated those words time and time again. He couldn't forget a single thing Strange told him. He couldn't mess this up and had to follow Strange's orders exactly. "Are you ready?" Peter nodded again.
Strange moved his hands and fingers around to create a portal for him to get through. Peter saw the other two Peters already on the other side. As the portal opened, they turned around and waved at him. Peter shot a quick glance at Strange before he stepped through the portal. It closed up almost immediately behind him. Strange probably didn't want to risk anything getting in or out again that wasn't supposed to leave.

The tallest Peter – Peter 3 – rushed toward him and hugged him as tightly as he could. "It's so good to see you, man." He greeted him. The oldest Peter – Peter 2 – joined them fairly quickly. It looked like they were standing on top of the Empire State Building. That was Peter 3's favorite spot. He had told them. Does that mean that they're in his universe? Could be. It didn't really matter. "We've uh- we have sandwiches." Peter followed his brothers to where they had put the sandwiches. The oldest Peter sat down, feet dangling off the edge, and handed him the bread. "Thanks, man."
There they sat. Three Peter Parkers in a row enjoying their lunch together. It felt like a brotherly moment. Peter 3 was right, you do have a sweet view from here. When Peter looked down, he felt his stomach flip. Sometimes that still happened when he realized how high up he was and forgot that he would be able to save himself with his webs or just stick to the side of the building.
"So, Peter, the wizard told us you wanted to talk to us." The oldest Peter started. "If it's because you missed us, that's okay. I missed you guys too. I didn't know the wizard took requests on visiting hours." The tallest Peter said, although, it was a little hard to piece his words together with his mouth stuffed with bread. Peter smiled weakly. He was stressed out. He couldn't force an actual, genuine smile. "What's wrong?" The oldest asked, looking a bit more concerned.
"It's Y/n." Peter answered, "She did something. Well, a lot of things. I need someone who thinks like me to talk to." He felt horrible for talking about her like this. "She did some things? That doesn't sound good." Peter 2 followed up. Peter started telling them what happened in the past months. From Tony and May coming back to life, all the way to Y/n's current situation with her body shutting off entirely. His heart clenched when he was saying all those words out loud. He felt like he was hurting Y/n, even if she wasn't here. And he was only telling them what happened.
