EARLY in the morning, the sound of a nonstop ring of my phone wakes me up. Iritado ko itong kinapa sa aking bed table at marahas na sinagot ang tawag.

"What?" Iretable kong bungad dito. I frowned as I heard an irritating voice of a girl.

"OMG, Xie! You won't believe what I just saw earlier!" Tili nito.

"Will you stop shouting and just tell me what the fuck it is? And do you even know what time is it now?" Inis kong sagot nito.

"To naman init agad ng ulo eh. Good news to, promise, buong araw kang nakangiti kapag nalaman mo." Freya said. Yeah, after we talked, kahit hindi ko pa sya napapatawad ay binigyan ko pa rin ito ng proteksyon. My friends also become close to her, well, dati na din naman silang close kaya mas dumagdag ang proteksyon nya. And sometimes, she would ask me about Pan.

I lazily get up from my bed.

"Yes, yes, Freya. I clearly hear you. But where the fuck are you right now?" Takang tanong ko dito. I heard her giggles.

"I'm here in London. Phoenix bring her here in London, I guess. Now, pack you damn things and fly here to see you girl, dimwit!" She said before ending the call. Napatulala na lang ako sa pader ng aking kwarto dahil sa nalaman.

She's in London, Phoenix, her brother bring her there... Gusto ko syang makita... Kahit sa malayo na lang but how can I do that if I have nothing?

I have nothing, yes I may have expanding businesses but I am not holding even one peso of the earnings. I don't even had a things to use to fly to London.

I inhaled heavily as I look down on the floor.

Guess that I'll just be waiting for her... without assurance if she will come back here.

I smile bitterly.

I did really deserved this. I folded my knees on the cold floor and close my eyes and talk to Him.

God... I missed her so much, please give me some strength to bare this. Please, always keep her safe too, huwag mo hong hayaan na maramdaman nyang hindi sya mahalaga... na palagi syang mag-isa. Give her more strength to fight every day, dahil iyon ang ginagawa ko. Kahit ako na lang ang masaktan huwag na sya, seeing her in pain will be the death of me. Give her the happiness that she deserves, the love that she's longing for, that's all I ask for,

After that, I went inside the bathroom and took a shower.

Nang matapos ay agad din naman akong nagbihis at lumabas ng kwarto. I went straight to the parking lot of my uncle's house and went to my car. This is the car where I always bring everytime that we were on our date back then. Napangiti ako ng maalala ang mga panahon na iyon.

I started the engine of my car and drove straight to VS company. I open my phone to check the time, it's 5:47am. Six o'clock ang simula ng trabaho ko at hanggang iyon 5:00pm.

Sa likod ko pinarada ang aking sasakyan nang makarating ako. Agad akong pumunta sa Janitor's room upang kunin ang mga gamit ko na dadalhin ko buong maghapon. Then, I start swiping the floor.

I DON'T wished for anything than to see her again, that's the only thing I wished for the past seven years. And if ever I have given a chance to meet her again, I would be happy, more than happy.
